We like this park because of the location to the river, it's nice to walk the dogs on the beach, play in the river, and watch the big ships go by. It's not dog friendly though because there isn't grass between many of the sites and you have to walk a distance to the dog friendly area. Our little dogs won't "do their business" on the leash so we unclip them away from anyone else for the few minutes it takes and were reprimanded a few times about breaking a Washington law as well as a park rule. We understand that dogs should be on leashes and if there is anyone around we put ours on their leash but for a few minutes in the corner of the dog area with no one around should be fine. There are many rules, some are enforced and some aren't. We stayed for almost a month (paid $1,600+ to do so) and assumed that the rigs that would be coming and going would be in good repair. There were quite a few times that we had rigs near us that were less than attractive and when you're so close together, that is important. Many people comment about the people who own and work here, some of them definitely could use some classes in customer service and being friendly. Just a nod or a smile when driving around on the golf cart would go a long way. As much as we like the location, we will probably not stay again unless we can't find anywhere else. We camped at Columbia Riverfront RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
