Santa Rosa RV Resort, Navarre, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $77.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here July 8-15. We reserved a waterfront site. You cannot pick your actual site ahead of time but all sites are gorgeous. We had site close to the pool, beach and pier...which was perfect having small kids. Quiet time is at 10:00 and boy was it quiet! Great breeze from the sound. The concrete pads were great. Very dog friendly resort. Nice dog park in the far corner from us. We camped at Santa Rosa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Navarre Beach a quick 5 minute drive over the bridge. If you want privacy while at the beach...head all the way past Navarre Beach to the dunes and there are pull off spots. Keep going down that road will lead you to Pensacola Beach. Cute beach town with more restaurants and stores.

Mountain Lake Campground & Cabins, Summersville, West Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

We had a lake side camping spot. This was a nice resort but we did not use many amenities since we did not have children with us on this stay. One thing I did notice that the putt-putt was an additional fee and not included in the price of the reservation. I believe it was $6.95/person. the have food on site for you to purchase. It's a large campground. The lake side spot was very nice. We swam in the water outside our camper but had to walk down a small rock cliff. This was not challenging but would use caution. A few things I would improve would be the gravel roads. They were very bumpy and also would recommend more trash bins. Overall, nice stay. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.
