Clarification, this park is located in Mt. Vernon Kentucky. As noted before there are 2 sections to this park, one close to entertainment center and one called Creekside a bit further west. The Creekside park has level pull through sites, both 30 and 50 amp, full service and cable The sites in the front row all had lots of water standing because of rain and for some reason staff parked everyone in this row. The back two rows did not have water standing and would have been better for the few campers that were there early in the week.

Date of Stay:

Stayed for winter. Monthly rate includes electric. Wi-fi only in office and rec hall. Older park but clean and well maintained.. A few permanent sites look a bit ratty but overall most units are well maintained. No cable but good antenna reception. A few organized activities. Friendly staff and campers. Roads are blacktop but some need work. Sites are grassy and each have a cement patio. Electric and water are at rear of sites. Not much of a playground for kids. We will definitely return.

Date of Stay:

Pull through sites are deep. Some sites back up to one another but when they are not busy they usually don't park anyone behind. Lots of permanents but most are in back of park. Some sites do not have electrical breakers but if you have an electrical management system it should be no problem.

Would have given a 10 if had sewers. Beautiful and well kept with very spacious sites with great views of the lake. Some back in sites had fairly long driveways backing to level concrete pads. All roads are blacktop and trees throughout the park are trimmed well but a few turns are a bit tight and need to be watched.

Date of Stay:

Assigned to pull through sites "on the hilltop". When attempting to drive up hill grade almost buried our tow vehicle. Because of rain for a couple days the road was impassable but the staff was apparently unaware. Lots of trees and campground is hilly. Pulling our rig on narrow roads through the park was challenging. No ATT service and extremely limited Verizon. Little to no TV reception.

Date of Stay:

Unable to evaluate bathrooms because they had locks. Long pull thru sites so rigs did not have to unhook and staff led you to your site. Wi-Fi wasn't working and cable TV was fuzzy. We probably would stop again but for the price all amenities should have been working.

Date of Stay:

Passport America rate, extra for 50 amp. New area has long pull through sites with good 50/30 amp full hookups. No bathhouse in new area. Easy access to I-75. We would return.

Date of Stay:

Rate is Passport America. Able to stay extended time at this rate. True from previous posts, no breakers on electrical box but that is why we have a surge protector. Good 50 amp electricity and good water pressure. Sites were level and wide. If park is full, sites back up to each other, but no problem when we were there. A couple run down trailers but most long termers were located together at the back of park and didn't look bad. We would return again.

Date of Stay:

Coast to Coast park that has extra $10 charges per night. Extra charge for water sites. Most sites are pull through and reasonably level although not real deep. As previously stated, close to road and some businesses but noise not really a factor. Good laundry and utilities and in good location. We will return.

Date of Stay:

Well maintained county park. Paved one way roads and angled back-in sites. Maximum stay is 2 weeks. As mentioned before many sites not level and some have quite a drop from front to back so leveling some rigs might be a problem. Can reserve online and even pick your site. Registration is not well marked but camp hosts are available and will escort to site. If in area we will definitely return

Date of Stay:

Extra wide and long sites. Well laid out and cared for. Escorted to site. Suggest reservations since park fills up early. Friendly staff and dog. Easy access from I-95. Close to highway but wasn't bothered by noise. Will definitely return.

Rate is Good Sam. Good long old blacktop sites. Easy access from I-95. Friendly staff. Can reserve online. We would stop here again if in area.

Rate is Passport America. Very nice park although strange layout. Sites very long and wide. Appears full hookups saved primarily for longer stays but good water pressure and electricity on our W/E site. Around 6 miles from I-95 but well worth the trip. Would certainly return and stay longer next time

Date of Stay:

Rate is Coast to Coast. Good location, just off I-95. Sites are grass and because of lots of recent rains were quite soft and some rutted. We than got more heavy rain and sites became flooded. Although, most dried up rapidly when rains stopped but the entire campground remained soft. Owners busy filling ruts on sites and very cooperative and helpful with all needs. We would stop back for a day or two.

Date of Stay:

Large back-in sites. Well maintained. Older park that could use some updating. Friendly staff and campers with some permanents. Not busy throughout winter peak season. Some limited activities. We will return.
