This is the worst campground I have ever been to. The owners are a miserable old couple that care only about money. Firewood must be bought through the campground supplier and they take a piece. Or you can buy wood from them for 6$ a milk crate. 1 bathroom located at the entrance. Coin operated shower. Honey wagon that you must use to pump out your black tank. No store, no canteen, no recreation room, no free wifi, no reliable wifi, dogs must be leashed at all times. Electricity is nowhere close to 30 amps. Roads are grass so when it rains the campground won't allow your vehicle in, not even to drop off elderly or handicapped people. There are 3 full pages of rules and the owners are constantly checking and harassing you if they don't approve. All "ground coverage" including camping matts must be first approved by owners. Make sure you have excellent trailer insurance because if any happens to your trailer, even if it is the campground's fault it will be your responsibility to pay for. There is very little for kids to do. There are no trails. You must pay for any watercraft you bring in (canoes, kayaks, small boats with trolling motors) no dock space is allowed ever, except for the owner's boat, boat "launch" is poor and not accessible when it rains. No garbage facilities, campers have to take it with them. No music outside your trailer and inside noise must not be heard outside. When it's hot and the under powered electrical blows the breaker you must call the owners and wait. Also be prepared for the owner to tell you that it's too hot to camp and to go home. Also when the campground fries your trailer digging and hitting their own power lines, they will deny any wrong doing and tell you to rebook your vacation. Small slippery beach area. A manual gate that you must open and close each time you pass regardless of time of day or weather. If you love camping do not stay here or you will hate camping by the time you leave. We camped at Tranquil Acres Camping RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
