MillBrook Resort (formerly Wagon Trails Resort), Jefferson, Ohio

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

This park has major water issues. Everywhere you walked (let alone drive) was a marsh. We were told first come first serve, picked a site, got set up, then told we had to move that someone else requested that site. Roads are narrow and sites only have gravel enough for under camper. Tried another site and was so narrow and wet our truck and camper sank and nearly got stuck. They have low power lines at back of sites (which are also not long enough for most 5th wheels). Indoor pool is nice, but no restrooms anywhere. Lake is very nice. Joined as coast to coast, nothing but lies. Sites are very close together. Just upgraded electric so it is actually usable now, but they charge an additional fee per night now. Terrible campground! We camped at MillBrook Resort (formerly Wagon Trails Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed the night as we were passing thru. Easy to get in pull thru sites. Check in was at the hotel linked to the park so late check in was no problem. Have a pool and hot tub in hotel that you can use, was very nice. We camped at Flatwoods KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake Shore Resort, Davison, Michigan

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice, very well maintained. Got to pick your own site. We were on the water. Outdoor pools (which were closed for the season) and very nice indoor pool with hot tub. Mini golf course and play grounds. Park is very big. We stayed Thursday to Saturday, it did get very busy on the weekend. We camped at Lake Shore Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park with lots to do. Pond to fish in with paddle boats. Rodeo and horse rides. Indoor pool with hot tub and outdoor pool. Very spread out. 50 amp sites are very short and close together. Sewer only on limited sites. Do not follow the GPS directions to get there. We camped at Rocky Fork Ranch Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Wally World Riverside Resort, Loudonville, Ohio

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

Terrible to get to. Gps takes you on dirt / stone roads. Coast to Coast gets put in a section that is so close together your awning about touches the next campers slide out. We arrived on Tuesday so there were a ton of open sites that were very nice along the river. After several trips to the office, we were finally offered a nice water side site. Apparently it is not a first come first serve camp and they restrict all the nice sites for their members. Once on site, very beautiful campground. Bath house has great tile and clean. Very well maintained grounds. Pool is a little small and there are no bathrooms by it. Nice playground and even a section for dogs to run and play. Gets very busy and congested on the weekend. We camped at Wally World Riverside Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
