Big Foot Beach State Park, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

While the staff was friendly and showers and bathrooms were clean, the campground itself is very tight. We have a 27' TT and it was very tight navigating the turns. There was another fender bender when we were there, its very tight, while some of the lots are very deep they are very narrow and hard to back into. I did not see any water hook ups, our site did have electric but not all of them do. There were a lot of tent campers which this park I think is designed for. The playground is a pretty good walk but is very nice. There is a beach but I would be very leery about taking kids as it is right on a main road through town. We camped at Big Foot Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Milton/Madison SE KOA (formerly Hidden Valley RV Resort & Campground), Milton, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed a Friday & Saturday night, seemed to be a lot of partying very noisy. They also rent out the golf carts for use and people are running around everywhere on those. A lot of traffic on the dirt roads. Playground was nice for our two kids. Bathrooms and laundry were very nice and clean. Our site, while it was next to the shower house and a lot of foot traffic. was very spacious. Don't know if I would stay here on a weekend again. We camped at Milton/Madison SE KOA (formerly Hidden Valley RV Resort & Campground) in a Travel Trailer.

Wagon Trail Campground, Ellison Bay, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

Semi private and very quiet campsites. Lots are decent size and compact gravel, easy to level our TT. Our two kids enjoyed the space and small playground. Store was well stocked, and everything was flawless. Bathrooms were well cleaned, as was the laundry and all of the pathways and campsites. Should we travel back here again we will be back. We camped at Wagon Trail Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Sand Bay Park is a beach that is very close to the campground, it's a sand bar that goes out pretty far into the lake and isn't very deep, great for little kids.
