You text Lazy K your information after you phone and request a reservation. Requested and was confirmed a pull thru, we got a back in. The tree obstructions on Blue Creek Rd and New Hope are numerous. Your turn onto a dirt road which isn't well maintained and is one way for an RV. The signage is almost non-existent, no office to check in with, no paper work of any kind, single road in and out and you will have to turn around, one dumpster at the entrance, no TV of any kind, most patrons are living there full time, looks nothing like the web site pictures and the campground is anything from vast. No one is there to tell you your campsite. We phoned and spoke with the owner who said we weren't expected. After disconnecting our car we attempted to turn around because the owner was giving us wrong directions on the phone. This was really fun on a single road in the trees. The next day early afternoon we get a knock on the door it's the owner looking for payment. I requested the amount he wanted -I was told it was $30 a night and he said $25. Once you get through the process of getting settled the scenery is pretty and it's very quiet. When we left I had to drive out in the car to block the way so my husband could get the motor home out- no room for a passing car. We camped at Lazy K Campground and Canoe Livery in a Motorhome.
