Sunrise Campground, Bozeman, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Great little RV park. Great tree covered sites, Owners are super nice! Only downside is freeway on one side and trains on the other side of the park but they both become background noise. We will be back! We camped at Sunrise Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The Meadows RV Park, Ketchum, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Camp host was rude and mean. No check-in after 8pm. Arrived at 8:20 and was only allowed to check-in after being berated by the camp host. I don't like the way they can't put a paper up with your name and site# like ever other RV park in the country does. The sites are very tight/ small with shared picnic tables Would NEVER stay here again. We camped at The Meadows RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Silver State RV Park (formerly Winnemucca / I-80 KOA), Winnemucca, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very convenient KOA to/from I-80. Typical for the area - few trees, very little grass with gravel between the spots. The pull through spots are fair but very dusty. The park needs some TLC. Many of the gravel borders are missing, there are a lot of weeds and the road is in poor condition. Not bad for a one night stay but there are other nearby options that get good reviews that this KOA needs to catch up to. We camped at Silver State RV Park (formerly Winnemucca / I-80 KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

Quail Trails Village, Paradise, California

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Old park in need of upkeep. Sites are gravel and not level. Park does not accept credit cards! There is WiFi when requested but it is extremely slow. The electrical (30amp only) appears iffy - very low to the ground but does work - glad I have a surge protector. Sewer is uphill from the site. Lot of long term campers -more long term RVs than nightly it appears. We camped at Quail Trails Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Sparks Marina RV Park, Sparks, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed here the last 3 years. Probably the nicest RV park we have stayed at in our travels (10,000 miles). Clean, well maintained park with good sized, level spots. Great Dog run. Pool and hot tub are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars is not enough!! We camped at Sparks Marina RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Kodachrome Basin State Park, Cannonville, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Amazing little state park. Great hiking, views and star gazing! The RV site was very generous in size, level and paved. There are sites with full hookups and sites with water only. Only challenge we had was there is no cell service in the park and no WiFi. Being off the Grid is good for a couple of days but being a small business owner it's difficult to not be able to check in to the office. We ended up cutting our stay short a couple days and staying up the road at a different campground so we could access WiFi. If this park had WiFi it would be perfect. We camped at Kodachrome Basin State Park in a Fifth Wheel.
