Wellington KOA, Wellington, Kansas

Date of Stay: March, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Wonderful owner, extremely helpful. The restrooms and showers were absolutely wonderful. This is a developing campground. Still needs some work on the pads which are gravel. However, that being said a great place to stay. Notice another reviewer mentioned the trains. We did not find them disruptive as they did not use their horns and were far enough away to really not be noticeable. We had a great night sleep! We camped at Wellington KOA in a Motorhome.

St Augustine Beach KOA, St Augustine Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2011 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Nice KOA with paved roads and sites. Some sites could be more level. It is a pretty place with all the trees and ponds and is convenient to all the activities in St. Augustine. Wi-Fi a little slow at times but probably due to volume. We are staying here multiple nights and would definitely stay here in the future when in St. Augustine. We camped at St Augustine Beach KOA in a Motorhome.

Primrose RV Park, Fairfield, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2011 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is a new campground with all large back in sites. They have no facilities or on site personal. You are given a code when you call that opens the gate. All gravel roads and sites. This will be an excellent campground when completed. Great Wi-Fi and Cable. We stayed overnight and would use again. We camped at Primrose RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We really enjoyed this campground. The owners are really nice and seemed to care about the quality of their facilities and the people that stay there. We stayed 2 nights with our grandson and enjoyed every minute of it. Across the street was a nice farmers market with fresh produce. Great place, we will be stopping again. We camped at Goodland KOA in a Motorhome.

San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA, Petaluma, California

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $59.00
Overall Rating:

This was a good campground conveniently located to Napa and Sonoma valley. The sites are shaded. The premium site we had was right by the rec hall. The music was loud at times and the kids were continually walking through the campsite. The premium sites were paved but ours was unlevel. I would have preferred a gravel site away from the Rec hall. We camped at San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA in a Motorhome.

Neat Retreat RV Park, Fruitland, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

I was never so surprised in a campground. It was perfect in every way. Most of the campground is a very well maintained mobile home park which did not bother me in the least. We had a large level site with patio in a wide, shaded spot. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. In all, an outstanding experience. We camped at Neat Retreat RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lyman KOA, Lyman, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

This was an overnight spot and was adequate, I guess. I was extremely disappointed in this KOA. It is a field with hookups. They do not enforce the rules. Again, My expectation for a KOA is much higher. I would not stop here again. We camped at Lyman KOA in a Motorhome.

Fort Collins / Lakeside KOA , Fort Collins, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We go here every year. Usually we take our grandson because there is a lot for kids to do. For a daily fee, they have a great time! This year we went for only ourselves. We always liked this park and every year they invest in making this even better. The staff is extremely nice and try real hard to satisfy everyone. As mentioned, the roads are gravel but the pads are concrete. They have sites for any size vehicle and tow. The private lake is catch and release but a lot of fun to fish. For the kids, they have a jumping pillow, miniature golf, bumper boats, paddle boats, walking trail around the lake, bikes, arcade, and swimming. This is a perfect place. We camped at Fort Collins / Lakeside KOA in a Motorhome.

Montpelier Creek KOA, Montpelier, Idaho

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

Everyone here was extremely nice. The park was somewhat secluded and quiet. It was situated on a rushing stream that added to the atmosphere. It appeared the owners were re-investing in the property and making some nice additions and improvement. I would like to camp here again and just relax! We camped at Montpelier Creek KOA in a Motorhome.

Rawlins KOA, Rawlins, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a good overnight stop. They were extremely friendly and helpful. In reality, it is similar to most Wyoming campsites with limited very few trees and very little grass. Mainly it is just gravel and dirt. However, I would gladly stay here again. We camped at Rawlins KOA in a Motorhome.
