Deer Creek Valley RV Park, Topeka, Kansas

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Nicely kept park with restricted access, all sites pull-through on concrete pads, well maintained grass, large sites, however, there is no shade. Park is also next to major interstate and traffic noise can be significant. Shopping, gas, restaurants are 2-3 miles away. We camped at Deer Creek Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

Oasis RV Resort, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are concrete/asphalt with no shade, and average WiFi service. Grass only at office and some perimeters of the park/clubhouse. Park quiet despite proximity to I-40. Despite park website, Cadillac Ranch is not "steps" away. It is about 1 miles and is accessed through the a frontage road. Park is on west side of Amarillo and not close to restaurants, shopping etc. We camped at Oasis RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Mustang Run RV Park, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Park is next to I-40 and is very noisy at all times. Concrete pad sites with adjacent grass are a good distance to next site. There is no shade, trash is picked up at site, and the WiFi is good. Restaurants, shopping, gas is all nearby. Location good for overnight stay only. We camped at Mustang Run RV Park in a Motorhome.

Little Rock North / Jct. I-40 KOA, North Little Rock, Arkansas

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Park next to I-40 and can be noisy at times. Sites are concrete or gravel and the park houses long-term residents. Internal roads are narrow and in need of repair. Our site (pull-through premium) was in need of cleaning and wood patio in need or repair. We were unable to deploy our awning because of adjacent trees. Park has some "grass" and shade, however, there are many town amenities near by. Location is good for good interstate access. We camped at Little Rock North / Jct. I-40 KOA in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Well kept park with roomy sites and some shade, with onsite trash pickup. WiFi is poor to average. Park is near highway so it can be noisy at times. Park access to downtown shuttle for $20 per person round trip. Park is very close to Grand Ole Opry but not other attractions. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.

Soaring Eagle Campground & RV Park, Lenoir City, Tennessee

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We were assigned a very narrow site and were unable to deploy our awning as it would interfere with adjacent camper. Site had nonstandard sewer connection and we had difficulty connecting to sewer. Park is next to I-40 and is very noisy both day/night. There is no cable, WiFi is good however, you are only allowed 6 hours use. Good location for water activities, however, town amenities are 5-7 miles away. OK for overnight stay only. We camped at Soaring Eagle Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sites are a good size, and shady. Park location is great for touring battlefields and visiting the museum. WiFi is poor, and park can be very smokey as campfires are allowed. We camped at Gettysburg / Battlefield KOA in a Motorhome.

Mercer / Grove City KOA, Mercer, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived after a heavy rainstorm and our site was heavy flooded and soggy for 2 days and we were not able to change sites. Sites are gravel/dirt, with good distance between, grassy and some shade, however, the WiFi is poor and the park can be very smokey from everyone's fires even in extremely high daily temperatures. We camped at Mercer / Grove City KOA in a Motorhome.

St. Peters' 370 Lakeside Park, Saint Peters, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Well maintained city run park next to man made lake with lots of open area. Sites are good size, and are grassy, however, there is no shade. There is no cable and WiFi is weak. Park is next to major highways and airport so it can be noisy. There are only 2 showers for the entire park and trash disposal is located in only 1 central area. Shopping, gas, restaurants are about 2-3 miles, and major city attractions are 30-40 minutes away. We camped at St. Peters' 370 Lakeside Park in a Motorhome.

A Country Charm RV Park LLC, Hamilton, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Small newly opened park and at time of stay, shower and laundry were not available. Slots are close together, with no shade or grass, but is nice and quite. We has some issues leveling our rig due to the large gravel, however, the owner/operator was kind enough to provide large leveling wood pads for our use during our stay. There is no cable or WiFi available. We camped at A Country Charm RV Park LLC in a Motorhome.

Eagle RV Park, Hugoton, Kansas

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Self-serve (no personnel on-site) campground. You select your own site and place payment in an envelope at the "office". You are required to call a phone number to obtain bathroom door codes. Some equipment at several sites was in disrepair so you need to check before you start your setup. All slots are large, pull-through, gravel, and bordered by grass. However, there is no shade. The park is located by two busy highways so noise can be significant, but tolerable for overnight stays. WiFi service was weak. We camped at Eagle RV Park in a Motorhome.

OK RV Park & Canyonlands Stables, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Small basic park with minimal grass (mostly weeds at sites) and away from the main roadway. Few slots for larger vehicles and would be best for units less than 35 ft. Tow vehicles end up parked in roadway. WiFi service is poor. We camped at OK RV Park & Canyonlands Stables in a Motorhome.
