Chateau Shasta Mobile Home & RV Park, Mount Shasta, California

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here just 1 night. Pros: pull thru, paved site w/grass, elec., water & cable worked, view of mountains. Cons: Overnighters site right on noisy road & loud trains. Gal that checked us in gave us WiFi code twice- never worked. No credit cards. Site not level. Run down trailer park, not for traveling RV's. BUT we don't understand how owners/managers can't clean bathrooms!!! Won't go into nasty bathrooms/toilets w/NOtoilet paper, paper towels nor soap - REALLY!!! We camped at Chateau Shasta Mobile Home & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Coyote Rock RV Resort & Marina, Lincoln City, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Nice, friendly, helpful managers. Too close to highway, so had to use ear plugs. Small space. Rocky pad. Dump station but not easy to use, so we didn't. River was peaceful with wildlife. Really set up for fishermen. Spots on river were nicer but still too close together. Wanted to stay at another RV park nearby with larger site, but they have strict no refund policy and wouldn't refund, even though I made reservation same day. We camped at Coyote Rock RV Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

Bullards Beach State Park, Bandon, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

After a paid 3 day reservation and staying at this nice state park many times over 10 years, with the same nice truck/camper trailer, we checked in and they looked at our vehicles. The ranger asked us to leave the park the next day, as they said we had 2 rv's on our site. Our small camper is only used for camp storage - wood, chairs, etc. My husband was very sick with flu, so I had to beg head ranger to stay another day, which eventually he begrudgingly allowed. The reason: they were worried we would plug in our camper using more power, which we have never done nor would we. We could NEVER use near the power the many Big Rigs there use. We are respectful senior citizens, but the head ranger was quite demanding and rude. Can you Say: more bureaucracy and more regulations. So sad for a lovely park. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.
