Richfield KOA, Richfield, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Our third year staying two weeks at this park. The park itself is beautiful with new improvements everywhere. The personal service by owners and staff continues to be the best in the business. We stayed here in our travel trailer under huge shade trees, and the space we like now has a huge patio with a fire pit or chiminea. Overall this is the nicest park we have stayed in in our 19 years of traveling together. We camped at Richfield KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Good home cooking at the Little Wonder Cafe downtown. Propane available just a couple minutes away at Tractor Supply. Sandi's Drive-In has a great burger menu at affordable prices close by. RV accessories available at the KOA office, Jorgensen's motor sports and at the WalMart...nearby. Drive up to Fishlake - beautiful area that climbs 4,ooo feet in 41 miles.

Leaf Verde RV Resort, Buckeye, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Spaces are VERY close together, as advertised, and not very long. They have a huge number of rules, and most of the guests are breaking them by the minute (long dog leashes, dogs tied up outside, speeding, junk outside rv's). On the plus side, the park is SUPER CLEAN! The pilot who guided us into our space knew his business and we didn't require any reparking. I would return for another visit. We camped at Leaf Verde RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Fry's supermarket has cheap diesel, but not big enough for TV and RV. Cracker Barrel and multiple other chain restaurants, all fast food restaurants, Walmart and Lowe's are all 1.5 miles NW of Leaf Verde.

Orchard RV Ranch (55+ park), Dewey, Arizona

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, kept clean and orderly. Wi-Fi is only at a couple of buildings but that IS stated on the website. Breaking the speed limit is a real problem here. Signs say 10 mph strictly enforced, but is absolutely not enforced. Overall, the best park in the area! We camped at Orchard RV Ranch (55+ park) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Prescott Brewing Company has the best food in the area, and the sights and shopping on the old town square are fantastic.
