Nature's Resort RV Park, Homosassa, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This is a big park with lots of permanent campers. The free Wi-fi is very hit and miss, cable tv works fine. The bathhouse is cleaned but the shower curtains are dirty and moldy as are the shower stall walls. There is a big lack of communication between the office workers and the campers. NONE of the rules are enforced in this park and if you are staying over a weekend be prepared for party central! Weekday nights are a lot better. Dogs run free and nothing is done even when they attack other dogs! Stayed here 6 weeks, wouldn't stay again. We camped at Nature's Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

Hitchin Post Corral and Campground, Cottondale, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Owners very nice and helpful! Close to I-10 so traffic noise. Nice dog parks and lots of games; cornhole, disc golf, badmitten, and such. Clean park with good over the air tv channels, and wi-fi that isn't the best but not the worst. We camped at Hitchin Post Corral and Campground in a Motorhome.

Canyons RV Park, Sanderson, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is the worst campground I've stayed at. Advertise cable tv and free wi-fi, there is neither. Train tracks right along side the campground and they run all night. No staff anywhere around. Owners leave two dogs outside in fenced area most of day and night and they bark a lot. Boondocking in the desert is preferable to here! We camped at Canyons RV Park in a Motorhome.

Van Horn RV Park (formerly Van Horn KOA), Van Horn, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly, and helpful staff. Clean restrooms/showers with good water pressure. Just stopped for the night and didn't have to unhook the tow vehicle as they have a very nice cafe in the park, good food and fair prices! Would stay again if in the area. We camped at Van Horn RV Park (formerly Van Horn KOA) in a Motorhome.
