First of all, let me clarify that I gave the high rating because of the service, and the fact that management is working hard at improving the condition of the park. Yes, it is old, and yes, it is a "residence" type park. We came in for a two week stay, and were allowed to choose our space. The first one I looked at (a pull thru) didn't have a 50 amp outlet on the pedestal, so we chose a back-in space which was plenty wide for our 5th wheel with two slides, and room to park the truck alongside. It had a 50 amp outlet but, when I plugged in, we only had power on one side of the box. I called the manager, and within a minute or two, he was onsite and testing the pedestal. He determined that the breaker was defective, so he asked if I wanted to choose a different spot, or if I had time for him to go buy another breaker. I opted to stay, and he was gone and back within about 15 minutes. He installed a new breaker and we were set. The manager explained to me that he had started a year or so ago, and was working hard to clean up the place. With so much to do, he is trying to make improvements as fast as the budget will allow, with priority given to urgent needs such as our power outlet. During our two week stay, we could observe him and the maintenance man working hard at keeping up on the workload. As I walked around the park over the the two weeks or our stay, it was clear that the new manager's efforts are making progress, but there are still some issues that will take some time to resolve. Our stay was pleasant, and there was no excessive or late night noise. We didn't use the rest rooms, pool, or showers, but we did use the laundry, which was acceptable, reasonably priced, and usually clean. If we need to stay in Red Bluff again, I would definitely stay at O'nite. We camped at O'Nite Park in a Fifth Wheel.
