Distant Drums RV Resort, Camp Verde, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Nicest park we have stayed in. Easy in and easy out, close to highway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent fenced in dog park. Concrete pads and patio with picnic table. First time we stayed at a site that was a buddy site (patio to patio), but it was fine. Sites could be a little bigger but they are so well landscaped and taken care. That makes up for the size. We were in a pull thru, other sites are a little roomier. Highly recommend. We camped at Distant Drums RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Grand Canyon Railway RV Park, Williams, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park and a great location. A little pricey but the location make it worth it. Wide roads and large sites. Close to highway making it easy in and easy out. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing they need is a fenced dog run with grass. There is a path all the way around the park but has large gravel which out dog did not like. We would stay here again. We camped at Grand Canyon Railway RV Park in a Motorhome.

Williams is a very cute town. You can take the Grand Canyon Train right from the park and they have a dog resort at the park. Park location makes it great for sight seeing.

Canyon Trail RV Park, Boulder City, Nevada

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Great park, wide paved roads. Easy in and easy out. Very clean, nice size dog parks ( 2 ). Pool was nice, laundry and bathrooms very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Concrete patio would have been nice but we are finding out that this is not the case in most parks in Arizona and Nevada. Still one of the nicest parks we have been in. would highly recommend. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

Silver City RV Resort, Minden, Nevada

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

One of the best things about this park, you can get your diesel fuel right here. The office is also a little convenient store which was very nice. Very friendly and helpful employees. Laundry and restrooms are very clean. Didn't use the WiFi but the cable situation is terrible. They have cable but you have to put a deposit on the cable box to get it and they don't have enough boxes for all the sites. Never got a cable box all week.

Dog park is more like a dog pen, very small. No grass anywhere. Sites are large stones with concrete under the tires only. Very narrow roads. Lots of permanent campers that need to clean up their sites. However the location of the park itself is great, easy from the highway. We camped at Silver City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Maple Grove RV Resort, Everett, Washington

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

Should be listed as a park not a resort. Very very close sites. The park itself is fairly clean but overflow parking is filthy. Could not fit our tow car on the lot which is very inconvenient. Cars that were parked on the sites all hang out into the street making it feel more crowded. The personnel are very friendly and helpful, restrooms and laundry are very clean and well kept. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Coeur D'Alene RV Resort, Post Falls, Idaho

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

This park is close to the highway. However you feel as if you are in the middle of a subdivision. May have been out in the open at one time but is very built up around the park now. Very tight getting in and out. Sights are tight with a lot if full timers with very unsightly lots. Needs serious cleanup. On the up side, everyone is very friendly and the office and pool is very nice. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.
