The Park is a broken asphalt parking lot in the middle of a mobile home park. The sites are opposite with the utilities in between, but they are so close that two rigs with slides will nearly touch. The pet walk area is small and covered with dog piles. The people in the office didn't care. The WIFI didn't work - connected to router, but couldn't connect to the internet - the people in the office said, "oh well". Their leaflet indicated about 50 Cable TV channels, but they no longer exist - only get about 7 over the air channels. Office says "sorry". The Only reason we would go there is because we have relatives about 3 miles away!

This park has the Worst sewer hookups I've ever seen - they are under the RV clear in the middle. It also has the worst stickers in the grass of anywhere we've been. The park would have gotten a rating of 1 if it weren't that the office staff were so helpful at check-in time. We will not revisit this Park

Beautiful park. Was hard to find satellite friendly sites, but possible (a host helped us). It would be nice to have sewer (it's in process) and WiFi. Convenient to Savannah and a pleasant place to stay.

This was a park available for Coast to Coast, so we stayed 3 nights. We were able to spend part of a day in St Augustine, so the park was good for that. The park doesn't currently have laundry facilities so that is a minus. They have Tengo internet, but no one in the office knows anything about it. We might stay again, but it would be for only one night.

Date of Stay:

Park is nicely landscaped. Hosts/management are very friendly. The sites are somewhat small for a big rig (no parking in the site for a tow vehicle). If the park was full, tow parking would be a big issue. The WiFi did NOT work well for us.

We stayed here for 10 days. We would stay again. The staff folks were very friendly. We were able to get good Wi-Fi in the long rig sites. The park is convenient to all of the Denver area. The Only problem we had was the sewer hose under the Motor Home - difficult to hook up and to drain the hose. Power was good, Water Pressure was good, the sewer worked acceptably except for the hookup issues.

This has to be one of the very worst campgrounds in Colorado. The Office and Pool area are the only things that are nice. The park is out in the sun and Sage Brush with no trees. The sites are eroded and unkempt. The sites are a powdery dirt and you better have lots of leveling material as they are not even close. Your neighbors are about 15 feet on either side of you with no privacy at all. When the wind blows the dust and dirt do also. It is very depressing to stay here. The management has done nothing to enhance the park. They are only interested in selling you a time share: Ha Ha. I cannot imagine why someone would pick this park again after spending only one night there. I have never had such a bad RVing experience. Also when we asked about Tengo internet we were told: no limit. Then on the second day of paying for internet we were locked out as using too much bandwidth. So money spent was money wasted. It is not a friendly place for dogs because there are stickers EVERYWHERE!!

We really like the park, though is is a little drive to Montrose. The dog walk areas are not usable for us due to great number of stickers.

Main issue is the sides are side-by-side, and are very close if both rigs have slides. The 5'ver next us had slides that we could almost touch from our window. The park placed rigs next to us even when there were many open sites in other rows. We probably will not visit this rather expensive park again.

This is a VERY basic RV Park. Only 30 AMP available, and that was between 102 and 112 volts. It is a long way from shopping: 30 miles to Safeway/35 to Wal-Mart. Lots of scenic areas within about 40 miles drive, and cool weather in the summer. Limited washer/dryer (2 each)and limited clubhouse. Price was right at $0 under Resorts of Distinction. We probably won't return.

Date of Stay:

We drove in, registered, and setup our motor home. When the 30 Amp electricity (the only available to us) showed us with only 95-100 volts we packed up the motor home and left. We would NOT stay there and jeopardize our electrical and electronic gear in the rig.

Date of Stay:

I can echo much of what was said in the previous review. It was NOT worth the amount of the cost. Fortunately we didn't stay at the park much because we were doing tourist things in the area. We would NOT stay here again.

Date of Stay:

This is a very good park: friendly owners, immaculate rest rooms, level paved parking spaces with a pull-through so we didn't have to unhook for one night. The Wi-Fi worked very well. They have a fenced dog park so we could let our pups off leash. We would gladly return.

Date of Stay:

This is a nice, clean, reasonably priced park. Very convenient access from both I-5 and I-205. The management was both friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the lack of amenities: no website, pool or other recreational activities. If there were more features, I would have rated a 10. We would absolutely stay there again.

Date of Stay:

We stayed here for a week, and were not especially happy with the park. The sites were too short for our 39 foot motorhome. The grass/weeds were not taken care of. There were many resident rvs, some not well taken care of. The rules, especially for quiet time, were not enforced. We will NOT return. Also many of the sewer connections did not have covers.
