Stone Mountain Park Campground, Stone Mountain, Georgia

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Like others have stated, the roads are atrocious, especially in the Blue section... Class A's were crawling through the campground roads, swaying to and fro from the tree roots and potholes. I know there's a tradeoff between capital expenditures and increased income, but I won't go back until the roads and camping pads are improved, so no new $$ from me. We camped at Stone Mountain Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Black Rock Mountain State Park , Mountain City, Georgia

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Same as other reviewers... steep road to the park, smaller sites. Very nice campground host, let me borrow a TV cable and splice connector. Very quiet, nice hiking, would recommend to anyone with smaller camper. We camped at Black Rock Mountain State Park in a Travel Trailer.
