Miles City KOA, Miles City, Montana

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly staff; led us to our site. Lots of shade trees, trimmed of low hanging branches. Park is easy on, easy off. Low clearance thru town so make sure you use exit 135 off I94, cross new bridge and take immediate left. Only negative was the short site for our 45' coach plus tow vehicle. It was about 5' too short. Fortunately the 5th wheel next to us left early otherwise we'd have been challenged getting out. Great overnight stay; would stay there again. We camped at Miles City KOA in a Motorhome.

Big Timber / Greycliff KOA, Big Timber, Montana

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Easy on, easy off the interstate. Very friendly staff. Owners working hard to maintain the grounds; spraying sites for weeds; watering the grass. Our site was long enough for our 45' coach, tow vehicle, and two guest cars. A train passes through very close by but it didn't bother us at all. I recommend this park. We camped at Big Timber / Greycliff KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Main Street is only four blocks long but contains many quaint shops, etc. The Bakery is open until 4PM; great food. Several art galleries to peruse. Gift shop at "The Fort" is open 'til 6; lots of souvenirs. Drive up to the Natural Bridge Waterfall; beautiful!

Peter D's RV Park, Sheridan, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Good overnight stay. Narrow sites. Neighbor had to pull in his awning while we pulled in. Very little space between our slide and neighbors awning. Site was just long enough for our motor home and tow car. We camped at Peter D's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wild Bill's RV & Trailer Park, Boise City, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Owner met us. She's delightful to chat with! Park was empty so we had our choice of sites which are grass/gravel and flat. Water spigots are shared but we didn't have a neighbor so didn't share. The water pressure, even without sharing, is the only thing that is not so great. But this is a great overnight stop. We will stay here again. The office isn't manned 24/7 but owner returns calls right away. Be aware the even though you type in N Cimarron address, GPS tries to take you south of the court house so ignore it and drive north of the court house. We camped at Wild Bill's RV & Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

Grants / Cibola Sands KOA, Grants, New Mexico

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived after 8PM so it was pitch black outside. The owners live onsite and were watching for us. We were led to our site and helped to get set up. Very accommodating. Easy on/off I-40. This was just an overnight for us so didn't experience any of the amenities. We had a wonderful view of the mountains in the morning. Typical of New Mexico, the area was quite dusty. We camped at Grants / Cibola Sands KOA in a Motorhome.

Casa Grande RV Resort , Casa Grande, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for two nights before Thanksgiving. Easy on/off I-10. Clean, except for the dust, which can't be helped. Friendly staff. Would have rated this campground a "10", except that the spaces reserved for overnighters are very tight. It would have been impossible to use our picnic table because the next site's utilities were immediately next to our patio pad. It wasn't a problem because we were visiting family in Casa Grande and were gone most of the time. This is just a heads up for overnighters. I recommend this park. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Motorhome.
