Fransted Family Campground, Franconia, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

We have been bringing our granddaughters here for many years. It's always a a pleasure to be around the notch. We had wonderful time. The water for tubing was low in August, but didn't stop the kids. We camped at Fransted Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Littleton is close by for Walmart and a small town main street experience. The state park at Franconia Notch is great for swimming and hiking trails abound.

Hancock Campground - White Mountain National Forest, Lincoln, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

This is my favorite National Forest Campground in the White Mts. It's close to Lincoln and far enough away to be fun. The river is close by and easily accessible. I have stayed here twice a month in the summer for many years. although it's not easy to get a site always, it's my first choice. We camped at Hancock Campground - White Mountain National Forest in a Travel Trailer.
