Cherrystone Family Camping & RV Resort, Cape Charles, Virginia

Overall a very nice experience. The pools were great and the activities were endless. We did not like the way the hookups were situated, some were very hard to get to. Some sites were very close and the way you had to navigate into the site to get to the hookups was quite difficult. But it is a beautiful place overall and if you have been there before you know what sites to ask for. There are many permanent sites and they spread out their "stuff" into the neighboring sites. We camped at Cherrystone Family Camping & RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

A beautiful park. The swimming area was nice and the trails are great for walking. Don't miss the lighthouse trail, it's easy and beautiful. The sites were all pretty large in most parts of the park. Also a very nice store on site. We camped at Elk Neck State Park in a Travel Trailer.
