Park Ridge RV Campground, Van Buren, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice campground with lots of shade trees and large sites. Laundry is clean and reasonably priced. Quiet in the evenings even tho it is fairly close to I-40. Only negative is construction equipment sitting around grounds. We would stay here again. We camped at Park Ridge RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Texas Route 66 RV Park (formerly West 40 RV Park), Shamrock, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Good overnight stop. The road into the park, even though it's paved, is rough. There are full hookups with grassy areas. I-40 is pretty close and noisy. We would stay here again. We camped at Texas Route 66 RV Park (formerly West 40 RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Downtown Riverside RV Park, North Little Rock, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We found this RV Park by goggling North Little Rock. The park is pretty full of construction trailers but we were parked in the overflow with water and electric. The location is about 5 miles from the Clinton Library. It's an easy off and on to I-40. Dog walking is not convenient as the road in front is busy. The owner has a good knowledge of the area and is very helpful. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Memphis East Campground, Lakeland, Tennessee

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

We chose this campground as it was easy to find from I-40 and close to Memphis. It needs cleaning up but to be fair, they are doing some construction. It has full hook-ups with cement patio slabs if you can find them under all the pine needles. We probably would stay here again. We camped at Memphis East Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Boston Minuteman Campground, Littleton, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed here before and they just don't disappoint you. Our pull through site was great. The office staff is so helpful in getting you to Boston by metro, train or vehicle. They were so busy but had time to help everyone and show each RV to it's site. They sell bundles of wood that are just right for an evening fire. Wonderful place to walk a pet. Laundry is clean and reasonable. We will stay here again. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Meadowlark Park, Middletown, Rhode Island

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This park is an older one but allows pets. It has full hook-ups on grassy sites. It is so close to the Newport Mansions, that we were able to return to the RV for lunch and pet walks. The ladies at the office were wonderful in their information and directions. There is a Windmill Park about a block down that has walking paths. We would stay here again if we are ever back in this area. We camped at Meadowlark Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Riverdale Farm Campsites, Clinton, Connecticut

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice, well kept campground. Roads leading back to CG are two lane residential and a little tight in places. Parking into our site was different than we had seen before:a drive-through but parallel to the road. Office staff rather indifferent. We would probably stay here again. We camped at Riverdale Farm Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.

New Lisbon Family Campground, Straughn, Indiana

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

We used our PA for the first time at this park. We were almost the only campers in the park. Grassy spaces, long pull throughs and good area to walk pets. About 10 miles to Wilbur Wright Museum and 7 miles to Antique Mall, so we stayed two days visiting the area. We would stay here again. We camped at New Lisbon Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

St. Louis RV Park, St. Louis, Missouri

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

This Park is almost in the middle of St Louis. It is convenient to the Arch, Coors, Museums, and Downtown area. The Office staff is familiar with every area and most helpful. Sites are paved as is whole area but they are open in Winter so probably necessary for snow removal. Pets can be walked outside the Park without worrying about traffic. We would stay here again. We camped at St. Louis RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Riverside RV Camping, Bainbridge, New York

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This park was just reopening from the floods that had occurred. It is located behind the Susquehanna Motel. The owner was in the process of laying new gravel on the sites and roads and rebuilding the showers/restrooms. The park is a great one night stay, just off the I-88, with fuel close by. We camped at Riverside RV Camping in a Fifth Wheel.

Cadillac Ranch RV Park (formerly Amarillo West View RV Park), Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This park has become so run down since we last stayed here. Price hasn't changed but there is no cable TV and no Wi-Fi. Spaces are so dirty with weeds not controlled. So many permanents with no care at their spaces. We won't stay here again. Sad, as this was such a convenient park to the freeway. We camped at Cadillac Ranch RV Park (formerly Amarillo West View RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.
