Paid to stay for 2 nights in 15 amp spot, power only as our hired RV couldn't use water in the winter. Drive in and find a permanent resident had parked in our spot (the place is very crowded and the permanent residents park where ever they want) so we had to get the kid running it to ring them as they wouldn't answer the door to move their car, this took 20 min!! Hook up only to have the power trip out and the kid managing the place at the time (family run business) couldn't reset power so offered us a different spot instead which was more expensive. Settle in for the night, all good or so we thought. Next day we went out on a drive and when we stopped I went to get somethings out of the lockable compartment under the rear of the RV only to find that someone during the night had tried to break in and steal our luggage!!! Go back to RV park looking to get a refund and leave as we no longer felt safe there to which I get a reply of " we don't do refunds" so I ask the kid if he could ring his dad as I wanted to talk to the owner of the place to which I get the reply of " we have not had any problem in the park regarding theft until you turned up and as far as I'm concerned you are the problem" . So basically if you stay at this place expect to have your stuff stolen from the permanent residents and don't expect a refund as the management doesn't give two hoots about you, only care about the long term tenants who give them money regularly. We camped at Royalwood Golf & RV Park in a Motorhome.
