Been there before, but this time park was actually closed for the season, however, they keep a few sites available for those of us showing up during the off season. Great park, we stayed in the lower section which is the newer area and has grass between sites. Wished they had cable, but the Amish in the area don't have cable TV in their homes either. Thanks for making the park available during your off season, we appreciate it.

Really an outstanding state park, the sites are level, all with full hookups, paved and very spacious. We enjoyed a week there and it was really relaxing. Our site was on the lake which provided some really beautiful views, but a little windy compared to the inner sites. Very easy to access Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and even Pensacola from the park. Strong Wi-Fi from our site. Love it, will be back.

Great owners who go the extra mile for their guest. Layout of the park, makes the walking through your site a regular thing if you are parked in the middle of a row. Shame that veterans RVers don't have a clue about that, but that's life. Park was clean, well kept and will stay there again when/if we visit Biloxi again.

Really enjoyed staying here, a very well laid out park, concrete pads, roads and walking trail. Sites are close, but the staggered design makes it where you don't walk out and trip over the neighbors sewer connections. Good design of this park. Very well kept, clean and neat. Yes, it has some monthly residents, but you have snowbirds wintering there and people working in the area. I really loved this park and everyone that I encounter was great. Only negative I have is the lack of cable TV, but might not be offered in the area. The road noise for one side of the park is there, but you can't have everything. Close to I-10 for overnight stays and central location for visiting Baton Rouge or New Orleans. Will definitely return if in the area, or might even just go for a month next winter. Love the sunrise over the lake.

Good place for a nightly stop or a longer stay. Very level concrete pad, good utilities, easy to find (love the large sign that made it easy to spot from a distance). Very friendly service and overall experience. Talked to a couple other guests that make it a regular stop in their travels. Our first time there, and if in the area would stay there again. Nice park, keep up the good work.

Great staff. Really nice, clean TVA park that has been redone recently. Large pines on beautiful Lake Guntersville. Some challenge in leveling and required portable satellite dish versus rooftop dome. Good Verizon service. Bet the place is busy during warmer season. Was recommended by a friend and a good recommendation is was. Will come again.

Great scenery, great area. Well laid out park, plenty of room to handle large RVs and fantastic host. Really enjoyed relaxing, great weather at the high altitude.

A beautiful park, very well maintained and an outstanding on-site owner couple. We've driven through a couple of times in the past, but had the opportunity to stay here this Memorial Day weekend. Great park!

For a park setup to sell lots, they need to work on the first impression of potential guest. We stayed on Passport America, but being in on a holiday, I would think they would have better prepared by mowing the grass and having the park look its best. Great place for $20, but no way I would pay $80K to buy a lot. Very good interaction with staff during reservation process, checkin and even when we asked them to mow our grass, just should have already been done.

Had been wanting to visit with all I've heard about the park. It was GREAT, from the greeting by the staff to the level site, and enjoyed the heck out of watching the barges!

A gem of a new park in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. Located 4 miles from "the parkway" so it's near, but out in a little valley between two creeks. It's quiet, it's pretty, it's going to be a winner. Really like the setting and it's our new campground of choice when we visit the land of traffic. Great job by a young couple building and operating the park. WiFi worked well, just be careful on Little Valley Road, it's fine for a forty-footer + tow, but a little narrow. We made reservations for a return visit before we left.

Stayed here during the off season. You can't make the turn into, or out of the pull through sites without driving through grass/mud. Interior roads are narrow and need some TLC. We didn't come in off I-77, so we didn't have any signage about where to turn, so it took some exploring to find the entrance to this RV park. Okay for our purpose, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay here. Staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay here for a couple of days. Backed up to the Tennessee River with a little boat traffic to watch. Really good staff that was very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer, we'll return some day.

Good, quiet campground with very nice owner/staff. A little tight for larger RVs, but we managed, just be careful when you approach and make the turn in from the highway, little tight on that one. Site wasn't very level, but it was a good over nighter on Passport America. Pretty campground, just needs some updating.

Wasn't overly impressed with the park, but it was a nice place to stay for a couple of days. Little congested when you arrive at the office for check-in, but otherwise fairly easy to get around the park.
