This place is unacceptable on any level, plain and simple. It is located in the trashiest part of Tucson where homeless people wander throughout the RV park and the staff provides no security whatsoever. Furthermore, despite the best efforts of their cleaning person, the showers smell like urine and the toilets often have feces in/around them. The place was built in the early 60's and many of the sites have sewer problems which causes spontaneous overflows right next to people's living quarters. I stayed three months at a site with no sewer, no cable, and no wireless accessibility. The staff took a hard stance that those are "amenities" and not what you are paying for. The rent only covers the gravel parking spot, that's it. Everything else provided should be considered a luxury, or added benefit. We camped at Crazy Horse RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
