Horseshoe Cove RV Resort, Bradenton, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2018 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Great staff, friendly people, lots of amenities and participation with RVers and full timers in Mobile park. Very nice pool, hot tub. Pool room, library, horseshoes, pickle ball, patanque, shuffleboard, bingo. RV portion of park was nice but a little tight to navigate and most sites were crowned asphalt with cement patios. Partially shaded by nice big leafy trees. Wood shop. On the river with an additional pavilion for outings and picnics. Tight parking for 45' MH and car, most people have to park side ways and on the grass just to stay on the site. We camped at Horseshoe Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Orange City RV Resort, Orange City, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Staff very friendly, nice pool, shuffleboard and pantaque/bocce ball courts not so good. Good laundry facilities. Lots of full timers with old run down dirty units with lots of clutter around and under units. Lots were full of pine cones, needles and leaves. Very tight roads and sites for large long rigs although I was lucky to get a roomy one(rare) for my 45' MH. Large number of noisey inconsiderate motorcycles coming and going constantly. One small garbage dumpster always full. Good location, good rates, stayed a month but would not return. We camped at Orange City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

North Lake Estates, Lakeport, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean and friendly park. This is mainly a mobile home/permanent rv park. No pull thru's. All sites are concrete and flat but a little tight. No picnic tables. Lots of amenities. Big pond w/fountain, catch and release but the majority of owners here are fisherman out on Lake Okeechobee. Biggest drawback here is remoteness----23 miles to nearest major groceries and restaurants. Stayed in 45' MH for 2 months. We camped at North Lake Estates in a Motorhome.
