This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the area around Stowe. Beautifully maintained. Central hook ups for two sites means you have some one right beside you with their slides almost touching yours. The sites are big though. The sites numbers are not marked well so finding your site is difficult. The play ground is OK but could stand to be updated. We will definitely be back.

This is a very nice park right off the 401 in Kingston. The pull through sites are very nice as traffic on the out road is only from rigs that are actually leaving so you don't have vehicles constantly circling. The campground is clean and the staff friendly. It is a nice place to relax or to use a a base to explore Kingston and the 1000 islands. There is a high percentage of seasonals. Nice pool and an OK beach. We will be back.

We stayed at this campground with 2 other couples and we all agreed that we had never experienced a campground owner that was this rude and intrusive. On one occasion he walked onto our campsite while we were having dinner and began interrogating us about a missing picnic table on another site. (We didn’t take it) On another occasion he walked on to our site unannounced in the dark as we were sitting around the camp fire . The campground is clean and well kept. It’s noisy during the day and is supposed to be quiet at night. On one of the nights we were there it was movie night, we chose not to watch the outdoor movie but still got to hear it blaring across the campground well into quiet time. The campground rents peddle cars by what seems like the hundreds. They are constantly squeaking by. They have a nice heated pool located right next to their dump station. Yuk. Unless you consider a truck stop a tourist attraction there is really nothing to see in the area. The sites are fairly level and well shaded with nice pine trees. There is a small store and a nice play structure. Unfortunately the negatives outnumber the positives by too many for us to make a return visit.

Lot's of seasonals but still a very nice place. We used this park a base as we explored the Toronto area. The park is very well kept and the staff is fantastic. Nice pool. Nice play ground. There is a nudist camp near by so when you tell your friends and family where you stayed make sure you are specific so there is no confusion.

The perfect place to stay over night if you are traveling south from Canada. Easy pull though. Wonderful staff. After hours self check in. Clean, small, easy to get too. Close to everything you need. It is right next to the interstate so it is a bit noisy if you are not used to that sort of thing.

Super sites are the best thing ever. Though expensive during the busy season we stayed in the off season and they are very affordable. They are level and perfect. We did have trouble getting a WiFi connection as did a friend who was staying at the site next to us. Lots of jets overhead but hey...we travel to experience different things. Very close to the Virginia aquarium. Nice playground. Nice people. Daily trash pickup. Paved roads. Wonderful experience.
