This park is average at best. They get away with high prices and stay busy because of location. Spots are dirt and too close together. First, we checked in at the same time as a large class A. The sent us out the door with instructions that put us nose to nose going to our spots. The gentleman in the class A backed up to allow us to back in our spot. I go to hook up to shore power and one leg of the 50 amp has no voltage. After calling the office, I was assured maintenance would be right over. No one ever showed up, so I just used the 30 amp. Time for laundry, or should I say time to waste on laundry. Only four machines with one of them out of service for the entire park. And $3 a load, 2x what we pay in any other park. We are 2.5 weeks on the road and it's time to wash the RV. I called and asked if it was ok and if they had a preferred vendor. They said no problem, call this vendor. The detailed shows up as scheduled and starts. Then comes the call from high and mighty park manager telling me I didn't have permission and so on. For the most part your typical king of a small kingdom wanting to exercise his perceived power. I informed him that his office had in fact told me to call the vendor to get the requested service. Thru the conversation he continued to state I was in the wrong. He said it may have been ok if I was a long term guest, but not for someone only here for 5 days. Needless to say, we won't be back. It's sad, good location lets the management get away with sub par service and amenities while charging a premium. We camped at Malibu Beach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
