River Creek Campground, Rutherfordton, North Carolina

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We just stayed overnight on our way home from a trip. Wanted hookups and a quiet nights sleep. 50 amp breaker kept tripping otherwise everything was okay. Definitely nothing special and not worth $45. We camped at River Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

La Boulaie RV Park, Broussard, Louisiana

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

I stayed here for 4 nights working in nearby St. Martinville. The park is clean and most of the sites are away from Hwy 90 so quiet. I was close to the back and it was very quiet. There are a lot of workers staying here and some longer term residents. The road coming in is gravel and a bit rough but nothing too bad. Site is gravel and level, full hook ups, and all back in sites. The campground is very clean and seems well kept, a good bit of trees but none in the way and a good amount of space between sites.

Cash or check only, no credit cards. We camped at La Boulaie RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of construction on Hwy 90 if coming down from Lafayette. Plenty of good restaurants. St. Martinville is a neat little town to visit.
