Anvil Campground, Williamsburg, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

The campground was small, but seemed clean. We didn't use the shower or toilet facilities, but the building didn't look in the best shape. We were startled by the trains at ALL hours of the day and night. I would go back if no other campground was available, but would like to avoid the train tracks that were literally 20' from my bed. We camped at Anvil Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Bethpage Camp Resort, Urbanna, Virginia

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Nice, clean campground. Lots of events planned during the weekends. The lake was dirty, but nobody seemed to mind. We didn't use the pool, but it wasn't too big (do you expect olympic size). Would definitely go back. We camped at Bethpage Camp Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Buckeye Lake / Columbus East KOA, Buckeye Lake, Ohio

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

The park was clean and the staff was extremely nice. All sites seemed pretty level and we had no issues with power. The water had a bad metallic smell, and had a lot of sediment coming through. I had to flush out my water lines when I got home (I also used a water filter while there). I would go back if I had the opportunity. We camped at Buckeye Lake / Columbus East KOA in a Travel Trailer.
