Little Rock North / Jct. I-40 KOA, North Little Rock, Arkansas

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

Only stayed one night but would have stayed longer - absolutely lovely park. Lots of shade and several spots have deck patios. All have picnic tables and some an extra table and chairs. We had a lovely flowering bush right outside our door. Pull through with full hookup. Ice cream at the office! Will definitely be back. We camped at Little Rock North / Jct. I-40 KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Camelot RV Campground, Poplar Bluff, Missouri

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Only stayed here one night but such a lovely park! The owners are fabulous. We have a 39' 5th wheel - the lanes/spots are tight but the owner led us to our site and helped guide our RV into a pull through spot. Full hookups, shady spots (some pull throughs are in open sun but we were not) and friendly area. Will definitely return when in the area. **CASH/CHECK payment only - no credit cards** We camped at Camelot RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Carthage RV Campground, Carthage, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Good basic campground for overnight stay. Full hookup pull through with cable & wifi. Very small pool. Some sites have trees but not all. Somewhat noisy business next door but couldn't hear it with A/C on. We camped at Carthage RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Ole Towne Cotton Gin RV Park, Quanah, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Spent one night here and ended up needing a repair. After trying to find someone to come & help we ended up doing the repair ourselves. But office folks kept checking to see if we needed anything and provided what they could to help us. Will stay again if in the area. Not much in the area but lovely little campground with full hookup pull through and just got cable! We camped at Ole Towne Cotton Gin RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Treetops RV Resort, Arlington, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $62.00
Overall Rating:

Gorgeous sites with lots of trees/shade. Only spent one night so thought it was pricey but rates may be lower for longer stays. Lots of residents (would be a great place to stay during winter months for the snowbirds). Finding office was confusing. Site was relatively level, full hookup & cable. Pull through not straight: you pull through one spot then curve left (or right) into your spot. Plenty of parking for additional vehicles. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great stop for a one-night stay. Former KOA. Sites are gravel and relatively level. All pull-through, full hookup available. Wi-fi decent; no cable. Some trees/vegetation to block wind. Has propane for refill on site. We camped at Clayton RV Park (formerly Clayton KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

WaKeeney KOA, WaKeeney, Kansas

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed for 3 nights. Park is better suited to overnight stays. Great amenities ~ pull through, big rig access, full hookups, wi-fi and cable. Not a lot nearby to do. In the middle of Kansas ~ very flat with little/no trees to block wind and it was VERY windy when we were there. We camped at WaKeeney KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Twin Fountains RV Park, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Truly a resort. Restaurant, 18-hole mini golf, pool & hot tub all on site. Many spots have beautiful large shade trees. Only downside: our spot (#42) was right off the entrance. It as a pull through that we had to go out of the park to pull into. Didn't like Access from public road (also more road noise). We camped at Twin Fountains RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Falcon Meadow Campground, Falcon, Colorado

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

Chose this location because close to family. Decent but older - full hookup, good wi-fi, no cable. Our space 14L was plenty long enough for RV and truck parked in front or behind. Many full time residents. Obviously older park. Shade only in some areas. Our spot was right next to Hwy 24 so lots of traffic noise. Will stay elsewhere next time. We camped at Falcon Meadow Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Our 1st campground on our maiden voyage in our new 5th wheel. Wish we could have stayed longer as this has been the best Park so far (at 4th Park now). Quiet, well laid out, big rig friendly, great wi-fi, and good cable. We will be back! We camped at Big Red Barn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
