Beverly Beach RV Camptown RV Resort, Flagler Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $135.00
Overall Rating:

The location of this park is the only thing that makes it anywhere near worth the cost. But the view and access to the beach in the oceanfront sites is the only reason we have gone back. However, now they are charging $10 per night for kids over 10. They have no look and no playground, so the logic there is lost. Then nightly rate in this review includes the extra charge for our granddaughter. And it was only my husband and granddaughter and I. The are full hookups with a picnic table and concrete patio. Although, between the new, quite narrow patios and ridiculous added parking curbs, they have reduced maneuverability and made it more difficult for larger rigs. We camped at Beverly Beach RV Camptown RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Highly recommend Hi Tulip Cafe. They serve a shrimp and lobster omelet that is absolute top notch.

Stagecoach RV Park, St Augustine, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Kudos, hats off, and cheers to the lovely lady that was working the registration when we arrived on 23 May 2018 at ~2:00 ET. She definitely went above and beyond to assist us. Without too much detail to bore you as a reader: I called from Daytona and asked for a huge favor; as I requested, she stepped away from the counter to reach out to my husband while he was washing our rig so that he would get his phone so that I could get in touch with him. She did so out of the goodness of her heart and saved me several hours. I could not be more grateful! We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Kentucky Horse Park Campground, Lexington, Kentucky

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We could not get level front to back in Site B108 in our 45' Bus. There was a parking curb in the back of the site that restricted how far back we could park (even after removing the tow bar). The trees also needed to be cut back. Fortunately, we were able to move to A62. No parking curb and no trees. Pad was still quite sloped for our length, but we were able to hang over the end of the pad enough allowing us to get level. Front, right tire was off the ground 1-2". Also, be cautious of the water pressure. It was 100 PSI at our site. No cable and no sewer. Don't know if we will go back or not. We camped at Kentucky Horse Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Grand Ole RV Resort, Goodlettsville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Site #38, pull through. Plenty long enough for 45' motorhome towing Equinox. Gravel site and very level. Sites might be considered a little narrow but are positioned so that there is plenty of room. Staff was professional and pleasant even after we came in the wrong entrance for our pull through site. They led us around the park to make it easy to pull in. Park roads are also gravel but easy to maneuver even with our toad. Over the air TV was good. We will come back. We camped at Grand Ole RV Resort in a Motorhome.
