Cherokee Campground, Blacksburg, South Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for three nights. Used Passport America discount for the first night and received 10% off the next two nights. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. He showed us to our site and helped us get lined up with hook-ups. Lots of full-time sites or workers in the area. We camped at Cherokee Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Easy to get to, 2 miles off I-85. Within driving distance to the Revolutionary War battlefields in the area. Found a great Chinese restaurant in Blacksburg and a convenient laundromat. If traveling in this area I would highly recommend this Campground. If we get back to this area we will stay here again, if available.

Scenic River Stop-n-Dock RV Park & Marina (formerly Stop N Dock Marina, Two Rivers, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

I had read the reviews on Passport America but decided we'd stay and judge for ourselves. Under new owners. Many new improvements. Host was very helpful, assistance with parking, ice, laundry, recommendations of activities. We were given the weekly rate. Large back in site with 30 amp, water, sewer. hookups. With mother nature's assistance we only used our A.c. 1 day. I would highly recommend this small but quaint campground. We camped at Scenic River Stop-n-Dock RV Park & Marina (formerly Stop N Dock Marina in a Travel Trailer.

Custer Crazy Horse Campground, Custer, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

We were referred here by the French Creek campsite. I am so thankful that we were referred to this Campground. We chose our site and set up camp with the help of the owners. They are very friendly and will do everything to accommodate your stay. After reading the previous reviews for this campsite and talking with the Now new owners. This campsite is nothing like it used to be. Bathrooms and showers are clean daily, the washers and dryers are clean daily. The campsite is well-groomed. There is a swimming pool which appears to be clean. I haven't used it.. The office is well-stocked with milk, eggs and other groceries. Souvenirs and trinkets. WiFi is not the best, but I'm here to see the sights. Television reception is poor, the new owners are trying to get cable to each site. Overall a very enjoyable stay! I would recommend this campsite to anyone! We camped at Custer Crazy Horse Campground in a Travel Trailer.
