Very large and very clean park. Some parts are better than others. Some areas are much easier to get in while other sections are very tight. Varies a good bit. As an example, the site we stayed on fits a 45 ft fifth wheel and we had zero issues backing it on the first shot. In other sections of the park this would be impossible even for a 35 ft. My recommendation is to check Google maps or visit before you book or get in touch with one of the many owners renting their sites. Decent rule of thumb is the deeper it is off the main road (more turns you take off the main area) the tighter things tend to get. Not always true but mostly accurate. As for the park, beautiful, well maintained, gated / guarded and had tons of amenities. Two pools, one river side and one directly on the ocean, both are very nice. Shuffle board, mini golf, tennis, basketball, volleyball, gaming stations inside, workout room, horse shoes, BBQ pits, sand box, etc. If you get bored here it's your own fault. Add to that the beach is a short walk or cart ride away depending on where you stay, and it's beautiful. If you are serious about a decent term rental I advise getting in touch with some owners personally. Plenty of $$ to be saved. We locked up a site for a year for 6k and paid our own electric while having access to all the amenities. That was 2 years ago. We since purchased in here May 2014. There are not many parks in this section of the state. Nettles is an excellent location despite its flaws (some sections are a little tight). Just choose wisely.

Park is pretty. Well landscaped. The park sits between I-95 and a very large water park and is in a very seedy industrial area that borders on a very ROUGH area of town. The noise from I-95 is easily heard through out the park most days and in spring / summer / early fall the water park is in full swing and also very noisy. Streets are very narrow and tight. There are 45ft RV's in there but it is very tight. Some sites it is not possible. If this park were in a different part of town it would be much nicer but given its proximity to some very rough areas of town I would say it diminishes the score greatly. Landscaping in the park is top notch. Pool areas are also excellent. Owners club is very good as well. Biggest issues are the narrow streets, smallish sites and the surrounding area is atrocious.

Nice place out in the middle of no where. We stopped here to visit the DRV factory. Beautiful campground, lots of trees and very large. The office staff is very friendly. Opened the store up during closed time so I could pick up a needed item which was very nice of them. The sites are a little unlevel at times, but overall a very nice. Well laid out camp ground. Handles large MH with ease.

Beautiful camp ground in the thousand island area. The area is VERY dark, not many lights so it is advised that you arrive before sun down. The campground has an typical lay out, but what is NOT typical is some of the hook ups are located opposite where you would expect them and they alternate from site to site. The map is about useless since it doesn't really show where the hook ups are on the site. So you might get lucky and pull in the right way the first time, you might not. Especially if its after sun down. Regardless the campground is beautiful. Some great star watching at night can be had here. Typical KOA amenities. Outstanding location.

Very large campground located on the ocean in Myrtle Beach. Well maintained, but very large. They offer a wide variety of sites of varying cost. We stayed near the ocean, but not on the main road. There are NO sites directly on the water. The added cost to be on the road near the water isn't worth it. The sites just off the road to the river/water off shoots are excellent. While the sites themselves are not deep they are very wide. Our site was big enough for our 43ft MH and we could of fit a 45 ft there. Some sites in that area are smaller though so be careful. Regardless the sites are plenty wide with more than enough room to park 2 cars side by side the RV and you still have room for a picnic table which is covered. Awesome sites. The park has a decent pool and lazy river near it. We found the water to be on the cold side. There is a section for permanent / seasonal homes. Everything looked well maintained. Nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay here. We would come back. Some of the roads can be a little tight if you are on the large size but its certainly do able. There are a lot of people here so if you are expecting a national park boon dock experience then you won't be happy. If you are a reasonable person who doesn't mind sharing a beautiful place with other like minded people then you will enjoy yourself.

Nice campground, located on the bay side and close to the actual beach on the ocean. I would rate it a 6.7 or so but I don't think it was good enough to round up so 6.0 it is. The campground is clean and for the most part well kept. I think it is a stretch to say it is big rig friendly but it is accessible. When we went the trees on the exit side needed a good trim and we had to have 3 people move their vehicles on the way out because we simply couldn't fit between them and the bushes / trees on our exit. They also need to better mark where to turn and where to go on exit as its very nice to have signs when you leave your site but after that all you see is one "DO NOT EXIT THIS WAY" sign and the rest is up to you which can lead to frustration moving around the pretty tight areas. No lie its pretty tight, especially as you move closer towards the water. The beach was pretty nice if a bit small. Much better options on ocean side so I'd recommend going there for the beach / swimming but it's nice for what it is. The sites are a mix of very spacious with patios to tight with trees and brush. Lots of seasonal units. Personally I find the ocean sites a rip off but to each his own. There are only around 3 or 4 of them so if you aren't on the water directly expect people to fill in the sites ahead of you. We stayed in the executive area which were nice pull throughs near the road side of the park. If you don't like occasional noise this area might not be for you as the air force base does run maneuvers nightly and daily. This didn't bother us one bit but it could annoy others. Things usually stop around 11pm CST. Not a big deal for us but should be mentioned. There are some really nice beaches near the campground. Lots of space to spread out there and it is very easy to find a quiet spot for yourself. The surrounding area does have some shopping and eateries and you are 20 minutes from Pensacola should that area be of interest to you. Overall a good campground with friendly staff. It's just tight; many of the sites are fair and they really need to keep the brush trimmed on the exit. We would stay again but would make sure we got one of the better sites. There are better options but overall still a nice place to stay.

Simply a great park. Other park owners need to come here and see how things are supposed to look and be done. We stayed here for a week starting May 6th and are now back for a month or two because we love the park. Excellent sites, not a bad one in the entire park. Nice large pads, lots of grass and even some nice trees in certain spots for shade. Sky is mostly open for easy satellite access and they offer free WiFi which works wonderfully. Everything is clean, well maintained and EVERYONE here is very friendly. This is by far the nicest park in the area for the price. Well worth the money and very reasonable in our opinions. We highly recommend if you are staying anywhere near the area to come here and check them out. You will not be sorry.

Superb campground. Staff is incredibly friendly, sites and CG are very well maintained. Laundry room is excellent, pool area w/ hot tub also excellent. One row of spaces does back up to a side street but there is very little traffic if that is a concern ask for a different site, there are plenty of great ones. Overall this is an excellent CG. Great Wifi reception, cable available if you need it and good view of the sky on all spaces for Satellite coverage should you want that. Right in the middle of town, very close to Disney parks, great shopping, food and more. Highly recommended.

Excellent KOA with tons of things for the kids to do. Pet friendly with a nice doggie bark park. Large sites, no issues getting around although we got stuck in the back end of the park which made satellite reception nearly impossible although some did manage with long cat6 runs. If you can request a spot towards the entrance as the sites seem a little nicer. Large pool, trampoline like contraption, WIFI didn't work for us but had excellent cell phone coverage so wasn't a big issue. Campground is located next to everything! Very convenient getting around and that a lone makes the price worth it. Overall very nice CG, enjoy your stay :)

Excellent campground right on the edge of Quebec City. Very close to everything, 15 minutes from the mall and 20 minutes from downtown Quebec City. Easy access in and out of the camp ground, plenty of big sites for large rigs. Satellite access can be troublesome depending on where you go but plenty of sites with clear view of the sky. Staff was very friendly, speaks english and french and the grounds were kept very clean. Overall excellent experience and considering the location very reasonable rates.

Decent park. If you are going to Lion Country and staying in the area this is a great place to stay. You get a nice discount into the park $6 each as opposed to 20+ and the park itself is acceptable. There is a pool, place to walk the dog for their business but not much else. I wouldn't say its not kid friendly there just isn't a whole lot for them to do. It is located just outside a nice area with plenty of shopping but the park is still far enough away to be away from it all. I wouldn't' stay here for a month or anything but you can keep yourself occupied for a week or two. I found the rates to be reasonable for the area and the park itself is adequate and comfortable. Staff was friendly as well. Sites were mostly pull through, full hookups and the place was kept clean. Not the best but certainly acceptable.
