We stopped for one night on our way home. Nice level, gravel site.

The park is in a great location to visit NYC. An easy water taxi or other public transportation gets you across the river in no time. It's just a blacktop parking lot, with no bells and whistles. I would have given it higher ratings, but the office personnel are NO HELP whatsoever! I called to get some last minute directions, and I got, "Well how would I know?" Luckily, GPS got us here without their help. The on-site security is excellent and very helpful. Showers are good; wifi is not, but we have our own.

Nice, very clean park. Very level site, but very close to your neighbors. WiFi was just ok. Lots of vehicles lined the streets, making it hard to navigate the streets while pulling in or out of your site. All employees were exceptional! Lots to do if traveling with kids.

The park was very nice. It's a family park, thus loaded with tons of kids on bicycles who pay no attention to RVs coming and going. We had a nice spot with a patio, gas grill, and patio furniture. Lots to do for families.

Nice park. Owner and all employees were extremely nice and helpful. Best part was being able to pick blueberries 30 feet from our trailer. Our site was a premium one, but very sandy, and gravel. This spot had a nice gas grill and paved patio. NOT WORTH $78 though!

Nice, level, long grassy pull-thru. Great spot to stop for the night. We didn't have to unhook, and were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner. Will definitely stay here again.

Not a nice campground. There is nothing level about this park. Very narrow roads, with big potholes and trees right next to the road making turns nearly impossible.

Nice spot to stop off while passing through. Very nice office, level gravel site, with great free WiFi. Easy on and off the highway. Would definitely stop here again.

What a fabulous park. Small, with level concrete sites, palm trees, water to wash your rig, extremely nice personnel. WiFi works good. Short drive to the Gulf, but you always have to make u-turns on the main road to get around.

This park is in desperate need of serious upkeep. We were told it is a soon-to-be former KOA. Sites were gravel, uneven, grass very high. Lots of old trailers with full timers. Tree limbs are over the road making leaving our site hard to do. My advice - keep on moving down the road - this is not the place for you. Best part - the extremely nice lady in the office.

Fabulous park. We stayed 3 months. Very friendly staff; very dog-friendly park. Our only complaint was the wifi. We stayed in the "historic" section where the sites are much closer together, but they weren't a problem for us.

Great place to stop over for the night. The lady in the office was extremely nice. No Wi-Fi.

This park was gigantic. The golf carts outnumber the people. The roads are very narrow. The spots are not long, so everyone must park their cars or trucks along the road. The only positive to this park - we had to cut our stay short, but were reimbursed minus the penalty. Too busy, too crowded, and too many golf carts. The park caters to golf carts so there are no spots to park vehicles at the store, laundry, beach, etc.

What a fabulous park! We stopped for just one night. Every employee in the park was extremely friendly and helpful. The pull-through sites were gigantic and level. The park provided continental breakfast before we left the next morning. We would definitely stay again if ever in this part of the country.

We had a great spot backed up to the woods. Even though the area got 7" of rain in two days, the drainage ditch behind our spot flooded, but the water never reached the tires of the 5th wheel. There was a wooden deck built all around, I suspect for this very reason. The park is very big, and mostly empty. The roads need some repairs. Wi-Fi was good. Sites were level, and dog poop stations throughout the park.
