Nice spot to stop off while passing through. Very nice office, level gravel site, with great free WiFi. Easy on and off the highway. Would definitely stop here again.

What a fabulous park. Small, with level concrete sites, palm trees, water to wash your rig, extremely nice personnel. WiFi works good. Short drive to the Gulf, but you always have to make u-turns on the main road to get around.

This park is in desperate need of serious upkeep. We were told it is a soon-to-be former KOA. Sites were gravel, uneven, grass very high. Lots of old trailers with full timers. Tree limbs are over the road making leaving our site hard to do. My advice - keep on moving down the road - this is not the place for you. Best part - the extremely nice lady in the office.

Fabulous park. We stayed 3 months. Very friendly staff; very dog-friendly park. Our only complaint was the wifi. We stayed in the "historic" section where the sites are much closer together, but they weren't a problem for us.

Great place to stop over for the night. The lady in the office was extremely nice. No Wi-Fi.

This park was gigantic. The golf carts outnumber the people. The roads are very narrow. The spots are not long, so everyone must park their cars or trucks along the road. The only positive to this park - we had to cut our stay short, but were reimbursed minus the penalty. Too busy, too crowded, and too many golf carts. The park caters to golf carts so there are no spots to park vehicles at the store, laundry, beach, etc.

What a fabulous park! We stopped for just one night. Every employee in the park was extremely friendly and helpful. The pull-through sites were gigantic and level. The park provided continental breakfast before we left the next morning. We would definitely stay again if ever in this part of the country.

We had a great spot backed up to the woods. Even though the area got 7" of rain in two days, the drainage ditch behind our spot flooded, but the water never reached the tires of the 5th wheel. There was a wooden deck built all around, I suspect for this very reason. The park is very big, and mostly empty. The roads need some repairs. Wi-Fi was good. Sites were level, and dog poop stations throughout the park.

There were only a few transient spots in this park. It was full of people living full time. None of the spots were level and we had to unhook when we didn't want to. Wi-Fi did not work. Very narrow, winding roads. The pool was gigantic, and looked great, but it was raining the night we were there.

The girl in the office was very helpful. We had to call three times to get directions before we arrived. The GPS didn't match the map, and none of the road names were the same as the map, or Google Maps. The pool was great. This park is not in the middle of all the insanity of Gatlinburg, so that was nice. Great for a stopover. Wi-Fi worked great, but we were one of three campers in the park. Very overpriced for the condition of the park.

Wi-Fi worked great. The park is in a great location, but desperately needs some upgrades. Half of the washers and dryers were broken and the roads need more gravel. The entertainment in the park was good, and the free pizza party was great.

This is a great park. There are level concrete spots, with frequent shuttles to the casino. There is trash pick up at every site. It is a short drive up to Memphis to get to the attractions. The only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is $12/day. We spent an hour on the phone with the Wi-Fi company getting it to work.

Perfect park for passing through. We didn't need to unhook and just walked to the casino for dinner. The check-in was complicated. We were told to pull up front to go to register, but there wasn't any place to park. No amenities, but we didn't need any. We would stay here again.

Price reflects monthly rate. Beautiful park, very dog friendly. The Wi-Fi was terrible, but they were working on improving it when we left. We were dissatisfied with the activities for the winter folks. Not enough to do to warrant spending another winter in Johnny's. Such a beautiful clubhouse that was very under-utilized. The park needs an activity director. The pool was beautiful, but not heated so we didn't use it all winter.

Gravel roads with very uneven spots. The park is full of workers or people/families living in the park. No one was in the office, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the Good Sam rate posted with the envelopes to put payment through the door. Wi-Fi worked great! Very few spots are available for transients which is a shame, because the park is in a perfect location.
