Be careful with this park's advertising and claims. In ALL their literature, they indicate it's a PREMIER Park which is why we selected this it in our planning months ago, but there are many problems: 1. Infrequent internet (when reservation was made, I expressly asked about efficient internet connection - NOPE. Three neighbors had same problem, and I MUST have connectivity to run our business remotely. 2. Individuals at front desk were so rude. When I asked about internet, the response was "what do you want me to do about it?" I did not venture back to office after that encounter. 3. Park is not in a good part of town AND it is surrounded by storage facilities, and RV sales operations. The view out our window was onto old, broken-down trailers. Approx 1/3 of the park has this view, while others on the opposite side are better. 4. TINY spaces. We could barely open a single door for our truck, as we had to park that close to the trailer to fit into our space! For a passenger to get in, we had to pull into roadway. Our RV is a 5th wheel, only 37' long. It was entertaining watching the larger units try to park or exit the facility. One large bus could not open all his slides. 5. The one time in a 6-day stay that I used laundry room, it was not clean, washers had detergent residue build up, and trash cans were overflowing. 6. No amenities: no tables, no grass, no gathering spaces, no fire ring, no pool, and for those people who had pets, they had to take them more than a block on cobble to get to a flat space (no grass). LOOK ELSEWHERE for an RV park. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
