Date of Stay:

I have never camped at a place that had office staff that were as rude as Frontiertown. Our check-in was horrible. The office staff were unhelpful when we had a question about why we were charged more than we were quoted when we booked our stay in January. I also witnessed one of the office staff give a man a hard time and he explained he had booked this trip from Iraq and had just returned home!! When the soldier left the office the woman at the desk called him a very bad name in front of me. The campground also changed our site without any notice. I spoke with three other campers that had to move their campers to different sites during their week long stay. I would never recommend this campground to anyone. The campground itself is nice, but not worth the price of being treated like crap by the staff. We camped at Frontier Town RV Resort & Campground in a Tent Trailer.
