Quechee / Pine Valley KOA, White River Junction, Vermont

Date of Stay: September, 2005 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This park is quite nice, sites were small, had a fire ring, and table. Free WiFi., quiet. Sites a little unlevel. Advertize they cater to overnighters, but makes a nice base for going to Quechee Gorge, as it's just down the road a couple miles. We camped at Quechee / Pine Valley KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Lantern Resort Motel & Campground, Jefferson, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: September, 2005 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This campground has 2 pools and 2 spas. Sites are only shaded around the outside border which are for seasonals. So we were not shaded. Sites were not level, and close together. No privacy at sites. Owners were friendly. We camped at Lantern Resort Motel & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Saco / Old Orchard Beach KOA, Saco, Maine

Date of Stay: September, 2005 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is right on Route 1. It is noisy during the day, and sites are close together and have no grass. Fire ring and table at site. Everything was clean bathrooms, showers, and laundry room. OK for overnight, but I wouldn't stay longer. We camped at Saco / Old Orchard Beach KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Wifi is free, and upper front sites have little to no shade; back sites are more quiet and have shade. None are level, as sites are dirt or grass. Back sites also have no cable. We camped at Skowhegan / Canaan KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Camden Hills RV Resort, Rockport, Maine

Date of Stay: September, 2005 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This Campground was very clean and well kept. It was quiet at night. We were there after labor day but the pool and spa were open for use weather permitting. Owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would go back again accept the coast was too busy for our taste. We camped at Camden Hills RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
