This campground was cramped, noisy, and sloped. After parking our fifth wheel there was no place to park the truck. Sites were muddy and very sloped. The regulars were yelling until around 1 A.M. with dogs barking constantly. Rigs were coming in and setting up until 11:00 P.M. Facilities are nice and tent sites look spacious. However, the kids were loud and roaming all night. I would not recommend this place if your looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

Way over priced. Wi-Fi is for a fee. They closed the restrooms at 9:00 AM to clean them. We had a line of people waiting. The computers and laundry are located in the same tiny room with only one small washer and dryer. It was also the only place we could get Wi-Fi reception for our laptop. We had no trees and were not allowed campfires at our site while other sites could have fires. I would not stay here again.

A little pricey, but this was a great place to stay for visiting Mesa Verde. Very helpful staff with new clean baths and showers. A lot of work is being put into this campground. A very nice pool and two hot tubs. We really enjoyed staying here.

A very nice campground with helpful and polite staff. They gave us Passport America rates with out being a Passport campground. The reduced rate sites are a little close but still nice. The only draw back was that it was a forty minute drive to Colorado Springs and 50 minute drive to the Royal Gorge.

Sites were very close together and difficult to get into. The steep hills are gravel covered and difficult to maneuver. The sites are shaded and it is a good safe place to camp close to for visiting Denver. There is not much to do at the campground that we saw.
