This is a family campground, so expect lots of kids. The site we were in was large and well shaded. The place has been around for quite a while and signs of heavy use can readily be seen. It could use a heavy dose of repair and cleaning. There are water slides and one pool that is chlorinated but, the hot springs are not. So you have to figure that all kinds of stuff is in that water (just a word of caution). In spite of my fears of catching something, we all used the slides and pools and had a lot of fun. We will probably camp there again but I'd really like to see them fix the place up. Because we had so much fun in spite of it being a little run down, I still rated it a 7.

This is a great place for the whole family. If you are looking for a place without kids, then look elsewhere. If you want to feel like you are camping in the wilderness, then look elsewhere. Think of this place as a nice water park with miniature golf, batting cages, arcade, and other attractions that also allows you to camp overnight. Overall it is a nice place and all the facilities were clean and in great shape. Our family really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit this campground regularly. Use of the water park is not included in the campground fee so be sure to check out their website for more information. Keep in mind that the campground fills up fast during the summer and they do not have a waiting list. So make reservations well in advance. The sites are pretty narrow and they do not allow campfires. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.
