Boston Minuteman Campground, Littleton, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful campground! Staff is great and very helpful! We normally prefer state parks if there are any close by because of the site sizes but the sites here are spaced very nicely apart which we were very happy with. The park itself has HUGE pines throughout and is really nicely shaded! Son loved the pool (very clean) and the arcade games! Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

Hemlock Campground & Cottages, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice place. As others have said, owners are wonderful and very accommodating! Place is well kept and very clean. The majority of the campground seems to be permanents but the spots available for vacationers was very nice! The only reason I did not give this place a 10 rating is because it is very tight to maneuver through. We have a 38' fifth wheel and we made it in and out but by moving very slowly! It is doable but use caution. There was all sorts of sizes and makes of RV's in the park so it is doable. We camped at Hemlock Campground & Cottages in a Fifth Wheel.

Brookville Mounds State Recreation Area, Brookville, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We loved this campground! We had never stayed there before but we will definitely go back! The majority of the sites were excellent! We stayed on site # C56 in the full hookup section. We felt this was the best of course! The park was clean, attractive and had well placed trees to give you just the right amount of shade at each site. The sites were also huge. We camped at Brookville Mounds State Recreation Area in a Travel Trailer.

Carter Caves State Resort Park, Olive Hill, Kentucky

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Loved, loved, loved this campground! There is so much to do and see just in the park. We stayed on site 55a, which was the only undeveloped site in the park , but we would stay at it again just because it is more private. We toured the caves, hiked, swam in their beautiful pool, 3 in total, played tennis, and did some horseback riding. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it. The area is beautiful too! We camped at Carter Caves State Resort Park in a Travel Trailer.

Cowan Lake State Park, Wilmington, Ohio

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

We love our local state park campground! We camp here frequently every summer. We camped for a week on site # 172 which is right beside a water spigot and a grey water dump basin. This allows us to stay and not have to use the dump station to get rid of our grey water. This is a beautiful campground and is perfect for bike riding and just plain walking! It is always clean and well kept. Never have had any problems while staying here. We camped at Cowan Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.
