Ponderosa Campground, Cody, Wyoming

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

When you arrive, it appears to be quite the place but when you get to your site it is unimpressive. It's a slab of gravel, a little grass and picnic table. I feel like I'm in a parking lot. And they have a policy you are supposed to call on the day you are coming by 3:00 or they will possibly sell your spot. That's an odd thing. Who reads the fine print? Not us. Fortunately they called us before giving away our space. Don't love it. We camped at Ponderosa Campground in a Motorhome.

Mountain View RV Park, Arco, Idaho

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

The people staying there were very friendly. The owner was personable and attentive. The bathroom was the best one I've ever been in and I've spent 6 months on the road. It was clean, neat, easy to get to, private bathrooms, nice grass, easy to navigate. We loved it and would recommend it highly! We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Neat Retreat RV Park, Fruitland, Idaho

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

There are people living there full time so it's not like a real RV park. We had a pull through site with no table and our door faced a full time house. It did not feel like camping. We met a very nice woman with 2 dogs who was a full time resident. The place was not well tended but the biggest issue is it was WAY OVERPRICED. We were on the railroad tracks, literally. No cable but good WIFI. They don't care about their customers, I didn't feel. We camped at Neat Retreat RV Park in a Motorhome.
