Spots range from a 1 to 7 or 8 . We were in a side by side spot , rigs literally less that a foot apart, i would rate a 1. Wifi was ok at times and not working at times, close to town. The town is great, many restuarants and plenty of shopping. Hardly any grass in the entire park. Gravel, gravel, gravel!!! Way overpriced .

Unlevel spots. Ants infested my RV right up my water hose. Good location but this park is very poorly run and maintained. Its now a KOA.

Date of Stay:

Office staff very difficult at best.. Very tight roads make it hard to maneuver a 40' RV. Close to I-70 so a fair amount of freeway noise. Wi-Fi was very weak. Overall not worth the price.

Date of Stay:

Unlike what the web site says, no cable and no wifi. We did pick up all the major networks on the antenna. Trees and bushes need trimming. Only a few sites for visitors like us. Almost all sites are seasonal. Good site to visit hocking hills, a 20 minute drive to them.

Cable tv was so bad is was unwatchable, wifi did not work. Roads and spots were dirt. No OTA tv stations were available. A lot of dog dodo was around the park, bad dog owners along with no employees picking up the mess. And finally sand burrs are everywhere, 2 actually came through my flip flops, if you have pets beware. I will not return to this park.

Very weak Wi-Fi, fluctuating water pressure, very low to too high. OK place for a day or two. The park is laid out with very close side by side spots, like 3 feet between coaches. Very nice owners. Long pull-through spots, which allow for 40 foot coach and keep the towed connected. Most spots are all gravel, a few spots at the front have some grass.

Wi-Fi was very weak all over the park. The cable is basic and the lower channels were fuzzy. Some spots are level and OK but others are very tight. It's the only place in this area so come and hope for the best. Roads are very tight for rigs longer that 40 ft. Views and history are well worth coming.

Agree with last review, stayed 17 days, non river pull through. Don't come if more than 40 ft. Very hard to park and not much room. Main complaint was sewer gas wafting near our site, it came and went so management never could stop it. Very annoying, made it hard to enjoy sitting outside.

Packed in like sardines, great cable, don't try coming here with any coach longer than 40 ft. Great place for a few days but I would feel pinched in if here any longer.

As stated on previous reviews this is a very nice place BUT a few important issues are 1, sometimes with traffic it might take 45 min. to actually get to Gulf shores 2, the management can be very petty with minor complaints.

A few long, good pull through sites. Most are working campers, but it was a very pleasant stay for one night. Passport America rate.

DON'T come here if you need Wi-Fi. Construction all over. Wi-Fi maybe later this year. None now, not even in the community center's mickey mouse system! Sites still ample and the location is good. NOTE: There's about a 20% price increase effective now. NO weekly rates. Was not a happy camper!

Great place to stay! Spacious sites, very good Wi-Fi, many activities at the clubhouse and pool. The best staff I have encountered in 10 years of RV'ing.

Date of Stay:

Way over priced; dusty, windy, unlevel and very poor dirt interior roads. $3.50/day for 50 amp power, $2.50/day for cable, and of course 9.7% Co. sales tax. It is on the side of a hill with hook ups in poor condition. Haven't seen other Estes Park RV parks but have read they are also poor. Of course the national park is worth seeing! Good luck. I won't return.

Previous review was spot on: its a good place to stay, and very close to the interstate. Would stay here again, you should also!
