El Dorado State Park, El Dorado, Kansas

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

We paid a $5.00 for day pass to get in the Park and then $26.00 for 1 Tuesday night. I see others paid less. I didn't see where the prices where posted. Park is huge and with many loops. Sites are reasonably large and not that close, but i think that would depend on what loop you where in. There was know one else where we where so we had no neighbors. Nice Park and well maintained. Think would be crowded on peak weekends. We camped at El Dorado State Park in a Motorhome.

Victoria Springs State Park, Anselmo, Nebraska

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Park is a shady and the sites are close together. We stayed on a Sunday so there where just a few campers there so had plenty to choose from. Would be very tight on a holiday. Located on a pond so lots of bugs. Nice and shady though and the electricity worked. Nice park. Charge is $19.00 for non residents plus an $8.00 non resident tag. Ranger comes in morning to collect. Dump station. We camped at Victoria Springs State Park in a Motorhome.

Hall County Park, Grand Island, Nebraska

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Very quiet, clean and well maintained Park. The Host met us at the entrance and explained the rules and handed a written copy. The pull trough was long enough for both our motor home and trailer. Many walking and bike paths great for walking Dogs. We camped at Hall County Park in a Motorhome.

Theodore Roosevelt Nat'l Park / Juniper Campground, Watford City, North Dakota

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $7.00
Overall Rating:

Nice and quiet camp ground. The camp host were very diligent with the rules and regulations of the park. They had a nice manner and were polite in keep the rules. A couple of nice pull through for big rigs but most site were for a smaller camper or motor home. We just used the electric so not sure on the other services. Easily use dump station as you enter and leave park. The only complaint I have is that you can't walk your dogs on any thing that says Trail on it. So you either have to stay on the road or wade through the tall grass. I can see not being able to take dogs in the Park, but the small walking trails by the Campground would be nice. Still a very nice Camp ground and would stay here again. We camped at Theodore Roosevelt Nat'l Park / Juniper Campground in a Motorhome.
