Date of Stay:

Much of the park looks like a permanent residence trailer park: many people live here as their main residence. A lot of junk around those sites: piled up and it appears the junk has been there for awhile. The campers we met were nice, some were seasonal and many of those sites were ok, others seasonal sites were messy as well. They need to get serious about cleaning up the campground. It has potential, but it is not that nice at this time. Wi-Fi is not free, which was a surprise.

Date of Stay:

Beautiful campground, many sites are privately owned, several are for sale in the 100k+ range. We rented for a week, it is immaculately clean, well maintained. All sites are paved. Dog walk around the perimeter, very dog friendly. Staff was polite. Less than a mile from the gulf, lots of restaurants nearby. Reservations needed well in advance for the busy season. We'll return next year.
