Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area, Show Low, Arizona

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We really enjoyed staying here. Spaces were level with plenty of room in between the sites. Park has a nice hiking trail around the lake and the park is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and in-town activites. Will stay here again. We camped at Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area in a Tent Trailer.

Heber RV Park, Heber, Arizona

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The park was fine for an overnight stay; any longer and one would be bored, due to no activities at the park and it is located 40 min. away from any hiking, lakes, and activities. Therefore, I would not consider this a "family friendly" park. They were experiencing many electrical issues and we had to ask to be switched to another site, even though management knew our site was affected at check in. Park is right off of a highway and traffic noise was very noticeable. Would not stay there again. We camped at Heber RV Park in a Tent Trailer.

Rancho Sedona RV Park, Sedona, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this park before and absolutely love it. It has a beautiful creek running along the campground and has a short hiking trail alongside the creek also. Most sites are shaded and park is very conveniently located to activities such as jeep tours, hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. Staff is very friendly and we will most definitely stay here again. We camped at Rancho Sedona RV Park in a Tent Trailer.

Tombstone Territories RV Resort, Huachuca City, Arizona

Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this park twice now and love it. Staff was very friendly and it's a very well-kept park with all pull through spaces. Pool and hot tub were clean and clubhouse has many activities such as shuffleboard, table tennis, TV and potlucks, etc. Excellent base camp for Tombstone activities as well as visiting Kartchner Caverns. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Tombstone Territories RV Resort in a Tent Trailer.

Sites were well spaced, beautiful location, very clean, some hiking trails throughout the park with historic information about area posted on trails. Park is located off of interstate and near train tracks. Therefore, traffic and train noise was very noticeable. We camped at Picacho Peak State Park in a Tent Trailer.
