Campground built on a hillside with rough roads but we had no problems with our 40' motorhome (tow disconnected). Sites close together. We had weak Wi-Fi but we were very close to office so probably no Wi-Fi in most of the park. Should have more amenities for the price. Will look for another park when in this area again.

Can't beat the price (Resorts of Distinction members)! Easy access. Sites slope slightly. Gravel. No patio. Good Wi-Fi, satellite, and cell phone service. Very windy area in the spring.

Date of Stay:

Just a big gravel parking lot but great for a one night stop. Don't need to unhook. Easy access from freeway.

Easy and comfortable overnight stop. Pull-thru sites so tow could stay hooked up. Good wifi. Good cell phone reception. The restaurant is delightful.

Rate is monthly. Well maintained, easy site access. Lots of room between sites. Isolated.10 miles to very small town. Quiet and peaceful. Good wifi. Weak cell phone service (Verizon). Would definitely return.

Easy access. Pull through sites will accommodate any size rig. Excellent bus service to downtown. Good satellite reception. Good Wi-Fi. Good cell phone service.

Very nice campground on the edge of town. Easy access with lots of sites for big rigs. Quiet and peaceful. Good satellite reception. Good cell phone service.

Drove in. Drove out. Luckily we were in the car, not the motorhome. Road has so many potholes that it's almost impassable. Half the park looks like the sites are okay (not great); half the park looks like the sites are just cleared spots in the dirt with hookups. Unlevel and undefined (no gravel, no patio). Extended our stay at Pioneer instead of moving here.

Rate is monthly. Great location. Easy beach access and the trolley to town (25 cents) stops hourly. Site are fairly close but still room for slides and lawn chairs on small concrete patio. Good Wi-Fi. Good satellite reception. Good cell phone reception.

A very nice resort with wide, long RV sites right on the golf course. We stayed for 2 months at the monthly rate of $675 and played golf almost daily at the special RVer rate of $18.50 for 18 holes. Golf carts are also available on a daily, weekly or monthly rental basis. A wonderful place for big rigs driven by avid golfers!

This is the only campground we could find near Torrington. Nothing to recommend it except ease of access and fairly level pull-thru sites. Owners very nice and helpful.

Typical KOA with easy access from the freeway and nice level pull-thru sites.

This is a typical, older KOA with pull-thru sites. Ours was not very level. Nice shade trees. No wifi. Good location with a walking path right behind the campground and an easy walk to the visitor's center.

Date of Stay:

Nice park with nice facilities, a small on-site restaurant, a walking path and a casino fairly close by. Large, level sites with easy access.

A very well maintained park with flowers and bronze sculpture decorating the sites. Our site was a little narrow; our slides (we have 3) were right up against the privacy hedges. We'll stay here again.
