This is easily one of the top 10 RV resorts in the nation. This is a true resort with a wonderful staff, nice concrete pads with picnic table and fire ring, large clean heated pool, hot tub. The clubhouse is beautiful. It has a large plasma TV with satellite and surround sound. The Wi-Fi is free and fast. I can see four wireless sites from my laptop and good strong signal everywhere. This resort would qualify for a 10 if it had mature trees and I did have to use one board to level my fifth-wheel. One minor complaint that does not reflect on the park itself is that there is not a lot to do in South Haven other than the beach, fishing, and golf. If you are looking for a campground in this area, this is by far the best. (We drove through the other local campgrounds).

This is the most over-rated, over-priced disappointing campground I have stayed at in 10 years and 17 states of RVing experience. The website and brochure would have you believe that it is an oasis but don't be fooled like we were. I have many years of experience of towing a large 5th wheel RV and took 15 minutes and two spotters (my wife and two campground workers) to get my RV in the tiny site. The awning of the RV behind us was literally less than a foot from my camper. The pool is nice but always overcrowded. The activities are ruined by the huge numbers of people all jockeying to attend. There are dozens of camping cabins that have been placed on what used to be RV Sites. The few RV sites left are a joke. Just so you know, I have never given ANY campground less than a 5 and this is a first. This park is located right next to Six Flags which is the reason we booked it. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this money trap.

This campground took on new ownership in 2006 and has had all new electrical installed. The owners/managers were very nice and helpful and seemed eager to please. The sites are some of the largest you will find in the Branson area although they are gravel. Everything is either new or in good shape with the exception of the playground which is still ok, just sticks out due to it's age. The pool was clean. The wifi worked well and we were far from the office. We will definitely be back.
