This is an overnight stop for us. We can get in, hookup to water and electric in a hurry. We use one of the pull throughs, so can keep the car attached. After we put up the satellite dish we are set. The campground is quiet except for the I-40 noise. We have stopped many times on our way to and from our home in Arizona. I use either Coast to Coast or Passport America.

For us this was a great campground. I stress campground and not RV Park, as it has no pool, limited playground equipment and no cable. However it is quiet, grassed and treed, satellite friendly and has excellent WiFi. The owners are very nice. We have thought of spending a month or two here in the future. It is 5 miles away from the station for the Cumbres & Toltec Railroad. It is a good jumping off point for many destinations in southern CO and northern NM.

There have been many good reviews, so I will not elaborate. We could have spent more than our 2 weeks here as it is so quiet and cool. We did have to move from our first site, as it was booked. However they did all they could to find a good site for our second week. We had the request for satellite sites, so the possibilities were limited. It was good to have a campground between attractions in Colorado Springs and Canon City.
