This is a very nice park. My only issue is that the RV's are too close together, either on the sides or back to back! Many spaces in this park are right on top of each other. Check the park map and be careful which section you reserve in, if this is important to you.

Lots of kids with no supervision! The pool is a giant babysitter with screaming and "Marco Polo" going on all day! The bathrooms are often dirty because of all the kids. There is very little security in the old section of the park and none in the new section. There are plenty of rules, but none are enforced. On the weekends the whole place looks like an elementary school playground. You can't even drive on the streets on Sat. evening - it's an accident waiting to happen. The old section of the park is NOT satellite friendly even through the manager say's it is. There is limited cable TV - 35 channels. The wi-fi in the old part of the park is good but non-existent in the new part. They are spending a lot of money on things that will make them more money like "Airstream Row" and "Safari Tents" but not on things that would improve the RV experience. The old trees are in desperate need of trimming which would take care of the satellite reception problem. The park uses "Dynamic Pricing" which means that the price changes as the park fills up. It is determined at the time you make the reservation. The same spot that cost us $78 (Super Premium), cost our neighbor $105 because he reserved later then we did. That's why there are no prices quoted on their website. State watering rules for the drought are being ignored and daytime watering for excessive amounts of time go on. The watering waters the patios and they don't care if your things get wet. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. However there are many things that only the manager can do. He isn't very friendly and often not available. The cafe is quite good. The place looks nice. It is very convenient for the area. The Super Premium sites used to be corner sites with a rustic fence and a BBQ and Fire Pit included. In the new section of the park, they are anywhere; on the corner, in the middle of the row, even next to tents, without any fences. They aren't worth the extra price.

Very nice KOA. Very friendly staff. I love the hedges between the spots. It gives one privacy. We got lost coming to the park off of I 40 going west. Apparently there's a signage dispute and their sign was down. The secret is to go left off of the freeway when traveling west! My only complaint is that they seriously need cable TV. No cable is the only reason I gave them an 8 instead of a 10. However, the wide open sky was good for satellite reception.

This park has no cable TV and no pool. It's a nice looking park that has very nice private showers and a nice fenced in dog run. The entry gate is constantly locked and is very narrow. One has to be very careful pulling an RV through it. The entire park is not satellite friendly as there are very tall trees surrounding the parks perimeter that makes picking up the signal very hard. The manager is bossy and rude and refuses to accommodate space requests, even if they're made in advance. The plastic picnic tables are cracked and the wooden ones have splinters. The hookups are in odd places with the electric being at the back of the space and the water all the way to the front! The sewer is in the middle. This park is all about looking good, but not about providing needed services. It's not a good value for the cost.

Spaces too close together. I don't want to be able to hand the mustard to my neighbor through our windows! There's lots of empty sites here but they cram everyone together in a corner so no one has any room or privacy. The picnic tables are falling apart and have splinters. It is all gravel. It is fairly level. Wi-Fi works but sometimes is slow. They have good cable TV. The dog area is all dirt and has plant stickers in it. There is a nice grass area with large signs that say 'no dogs' . They have a fenced in dog park that is far away from the overnight sites. All in all - it's good for a short stay only.

Very nice park. Great cable TV. It's clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the RVs are jammed in together, even when there's empty spaces and they could have been spread out a little. The spaces are close together, enough that you can hear each other's conversations. The interior roads are windy and narrow. You have to be very careful not to go over curbs. Wi-Fi is slow.

The price reflects the weekly rate. This RV park has potential but it needs work. The spaces are wide and long, which gives some privacy. That's nice. However the flies and the smell from the cattle nearby, plus the winds, direct sun and the lack of shrubbery to help block all these issues, isn't nice. The weekend noise from the adjacent gun range starts at 7 a.m. Every space does not have a picnic table - it's hit and miss. The manager is very nice and accommodating, however the workers in the office mess up the reservations and get defensive when you tell them that they're wrong. The pool is small and far away from the short term spaces. The prime spaces are all taken by permanents. The spaces are cement with gravel in between. There is a limited dog walk area at one end of the park. It's a very sparse landscape. It looks more like a parking lot then a nice RV park. The sad thing is that it seems to be the nicest park in the area!

Nice park. Clean with easy pull-throughs. Friendly staff. It's easy to get to from I 44 and I 35; the park directions are good. The pet area is too small for the pets to play in. It's basically just a pee yard. The pool and facilities are nice. The park is on a hill but the spaces have been terraced and leveled in the center, so the RV is level. It is very close to the freeway, but you really don't hear any freeway noise. It's a zip to get to downtown OK City since it is so close to the freeways. Each space has a nice table and the trees are trimmed so picking the satellite signal wasn't a problem. We would stay here again.

This is a nice park but it desperately needs a pool! It is August and it's 100 degrees and there's no pool here. The pull-throughs are too expensive for only a strip of grass in between. There isn't even a picnic tale! On half of the pull-throughs the utility poles and hook ups are very far away from the RV. They are actually in what should be the grass patio area for the next RV on the back side. The water hookup is almost in your neighbor's doorway! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. There is no landscaping, so satellite signals are easy to get. However with this heat, a few short or well trimmed shade trees would be a help. It's an easy on and off to the freeway.

This is a very nice park. Long and wide spaces give privacy. There are only 2 washers in the laundry area - needs more. The pool is very nice, as is the fenced in pet area and children's playground. It is a good location; easy to get into town. The manager is a little impatient when checking in and has many rules. He closes the gate at 6 PM, so if one is going to be late, be sure and call ahead. There are trees surrounding the park but they are not in the way of picking up the satellite signal. Overall it's a great park.

This is a great park. The spaces are long and wide. It's located on a hill. The hill has been terraced so that the actual spaces are level. There's bushes between each site so it feels private. Each site has a nice picnic table, patio, BBQ grill and it's own trash can! You can see the roller coaster of the amusement park from the RV, but it isn't noisy. It's easy to get to from the freeway. It has a very nice and large pool. Cable TV and wifi are good. Don't let the fact that's it's part of an amusement park stop you from coming here. It's a great park!

The rv park is neat and tidy. It is a good location; very close to downtown. There is some security; they drive around several times a day. The laundry is sparse - only 2 machines. The laundry costs $3. for either the washer or dryers! And at that price the clothes were still damp! It is easy to get lost getting to the rv park; the signs are not easy to follow and the park directions leave out a lot of information. The staff was friendly but didn't pay attention to the details. At first we were assigned a spot that was way too short for us, after being asked about our length! I had to go back and ask for a longer one. There is a lot of train noise throughout the night as the tracks surround the rv park. The spots are blacktop with gravel in between the RV's. The spots are nice and wide so each spot seems private. However our spot was not level and we had to go up on blocks so we didn't over extend our jacks. It's a nice park that could be spectacular if anybody cared about it. It clearly seems to be a casino afterthought.

This park has new management and a new attitude! A lot of the problems mentioned on older reviews are gone. The Wi-Fiis great - and the only Internet in town. Our Verizon hot spot didn't work very well here. The cable TV is great! The pools and play areas are very nice and activities are away from the RVs. The back-in spaces are wide and roomy with a cement slab to park on and a wide cement patio for entertaining. My only complaint is that 2 spaces share a water spigot using a plastic Y joint-- some of which are stripped and hard to get to not leak. If you're the RV on the wrong side of the spigot, it means dragging a hose under your RV across your patio. This is the only reason I didn't give the park a 10. Water spigots seems like a strange thing to economize on. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pull-through spots in the back of the park are isolated. I'd recommend the cheaper back-ins which are more centrally located. There are many long term residents in the park but their campsites are neat. The feel of the park is that of a short term, amusement type of park with lots of water activities around it. There are only 2 showers in the bathroom - they could use more for this size of a park.

This KOA is pricey. However if you take a cheap spot, they are very close together. We paid for the deluxe spot and got a nice one which had a lot of room. However not all the spots have much room. The people are very friendly and escort you to the spot. However the interior roads are very narrow and it's difficult to get around even in just a car. The cable TV is terrible - all snowy. The Wi-Fi was slow. It is 22 miles outside of Omaha. It's difficult to find from the freeway. There are signs but they are small and easy to miss. There is a nice dog park and children's playground but they are in the front of the park and most of the RVs are in the back sections. So they're not very convenient.

This is a nice park. The sites are level despite being located on a very steep hill! The interior roads and the sites are mostly large gravel rocks. They are hard to drive on and very hard to walk on. The leveled sites on the rocks are fine, once you get there. It is a fairly quiet park even though it's located between 2 freeways. The staff was very friendly and even accepted a package for us at the office. It is located 3 miles from downtown and is very handy for all activities.
