This park made my cool Labor Day very enjoyable. On Saturday night there was Bingo and an ice cream Sunday party in the mess hall for a low price of $3.00 per person. They had a great bonfire with a chipmunk character and an awesome guitar player singing on Sunday night. The staff remembers a lot of campers by name or face so you feel like you belong. The teenagers all played manhunt after dark and the younger kids played ping pong and did crafts. The free wagon ride was awesome.

I loved camping so close to the water. The smell of the salt water and the awareness of being in such a historic area was awe inspiring.
